【摘要】 随着社会主义市场经济的确立和发展，社会经济关系发生了巨大的变化，出现了许多新情况、新问题，迫切要求以新的理念认识和适应这一变化，以新的调节方式保证和促进经济、社会生活的健康发展。这种情况，使道德建设面临新的形势和新的任务。仅靠道德的力量或法制的力量，发挥软约束或硬约束的作用适应这一巨大变化，调节和规范经济社会生活难以达到理想的效果。道德与法律既有联系又有区别，只有两者相辅相成，共同形成一种新的调节方式，才能有效地发挥道德与法律应有的作用。这为道德建设法制化提供了理论和现实依据。针对道德建设存在的问题，探索并推进道德建设法制化，不仅必要，而且具有十分重要的意义。因此，应从道德与法律的内在联系和规律出发，寻找合理有效的途径，促进道德建设法制化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with economy in socialism market establishing and developing , huge change has taken place between social and economy, the moral building and law is faced with new situation and new problems under huge change of the society economy relationship. Depend on the force of moral and law , we try to adapt to the change of the restriction, to adopt and form economy and society .The relation between the moral and the law not only is connective but also different, of which is dialectical unified supplements and complement each other. It formed a new type of society and provided theory and real basis for moral building of legalization. In accordance with the question of moral building, to explore and push on the moral building of legalization is not only necessary, but also very important. Therefore, we should set out inherent contact and discipline, seeking reasonably ways to promote the moral building of legalization.更多还原
