无轴承异步电机的伪微分反馈控制研究

【摘要】 无轴承电机是近几年提出的一种高速和超高速驱动源,具有无摩擦、无磨损、无需润滑、无污染及寿命长等优点,适用于各种高速、超高速、真空等特殊环境。在军事、空间、核工业、交通、能源、生命科学等各领域具有广泛的应用前景和重要的科学意义。 无轴承电机是机电一体化复杂综合系统。与普通电机相比较,其更具有高阶、强耦合、非线性等特点。其控制研究的基本要求就是要寻求对各控制量良好解耦方法和探索优良的控制策略。 本文首先阐述了无轴承异步电机的工作机理,建立了无轴承异步电机的状态方程:并借助非线性解耦方法——逆系统方法,对其状态方程进行了解耦研究,建立了其伪线性化方程。线性化结果表明了该方法良好的解耦性能。 其次,针对典型PID控制的弱点,对无轴承异步电机进行了PDF控制研究。介绍了PDF控制器的结构形式和参数确定方法;并设计了无轴承异步电机各PDF控制器参数,分析了其控制性能;并在Matlab环境下运用Simulink工具包,对其仿真进行了对比研究。研究表明逆系统解耦方法结合PDF控制策略能很好地实现对无轴承异步电机的控制。 最后,设计了无轴承异步电机的实验控制平台。设计制造了无轴承异步电机的机械结构,设计调试了其控制电路。实验研究表明了该实验方案具有费用低,加工容易,能够实现对无轴承异步电机在两自由度上的稳定悬浮和旋转机理的实验研究。

【Abstract】 Bearingless motor is a new type of high speed and super high speed drive device, which was proposed in recent years. For it’s advantages of no friction, no wear, no lubrication and long lifetime, bearingless motor is used in many special fields such as high speed, vacuum etc. In the fields of military, space, nuclear industry etc., bearingless motor shows broad application future and important significance in science.Bearingless motor is a typical machatronic system. Compared with the general induction motor, the characteristics of the bearingless motor are high-order, high-coupling and non-linear. So the basic research of its control are trying to searching for the good decoupling method and the excellent contol strategy.In this paper, the basic principles of bearingless asynchronous motor are explained, and its state equations are built up. Based on the nonlinear decoupling method: the inverse system method, the pseudo-linear equations are established.Secondly, Pseudo-Derivative Feedback (PDF) control strategy is used to research on the bearingless asynchronous motor. The PDF control parameters are designed and its control performance is analyzed. And the simulation through the models is done in the software of Matlab.Finally, the experimental console of the bearingless asynchronous motor is set up. The mechanical structure and the control electronic circuit are designed and manufactured. The experiment results show that the rotor can be suspended in the two-degree freedom, and also lay out good foundations for further investigation.
