非单向流洁净室气流组织的数值模拟与试验研究

【摘要】 随着人们物质文明生活的不断提高,洁净室技术在生产生活中的应用越来越多,它被广泛应用于医疗卫生、微电子、微生物技术等对环境有很高要求的行业。国内外大量研究资料表明,洁净室的洁净度不仅取决于高效过滤器(末端过滤器)的效率,同时也取决于气流流型。非单向流是洁净室气流流型的一种,该流型的洁净室一般能满足生产的要求,与单向流洁净室相比又可以大大节约设备的投资和运行费用,所以非单向流流型在洁净室的设计中应用很广。 试验研究和数值计算研究是探索洁净室内气流组织规律的两种重要方法。试验研究方法周期长、费用多,而数值计算研究方法则不仅周期短、费用少,而且便于进行多方案的比较,由计算得到的速度场、污染物浓度场可用于优化洁净室的气流组织设计,所以数值计算的研究方法得到了越来越多的应用。 本文采用三维定常Navier-Stokes方程组和k-ε紊流模型及kechen紊流模型,对非单向流洁净室的气流组织进行了数值模拟,并对两种紊流模型的数值计算结果做了分析与比较。为了对数值计算的结果进行验证,做了一些探索性的工作。首先设计了透明洁净室模型装置,对室内气流流态进行观察,从而定性地得出初步结论:数值计算方法用于洁净室的数值模拟是可行的;两种紊流模型用于洁净室的数值模拟都可行。为了进一步地比较两种紊流模型用于非单向流洁净室数值计算的正确性,又做了洁净室原型试验。在非单向流洁净室内实测气流流场,与两种紊流模型的数值计算结果进行比较,并定量地得出结论:与kechen紊流模型相比,k-ε紊流模型的计算结果与试验结果更为吻合。 长期以来,我国洁净室气流组织的设计都凭经验进行,在洁净室的设计规范中尚未提出具体量化的要求。本文实现了非单向流洁净室气流组织的数值模拟,并通过试验的方法验证了数值计算的结果,这就为以断面不均匀系数作为评价洁净室气流组织的设计标准提供了可能,可供今后洁净室的设计参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of people’ s life, clean room technology is being more and more widely used in industries and people’ s daily life. The technology is extensively applied in those trades that have very high demands for manufacture settings such as health, microelectronics, microorganism, etc. Lots of domestic and foreign scientific researches prove that cleanliness in clean room is largely determined by efficiency of the high-efficiency filter and flow pattern. Non-unidirectional clean room is one kind of clean room. This kind of clean room both can fulfill most requirements in industries and can decrease equipment’ s invest and running cost, so it is very widely used in the devise of clean room.Testing study and numerical simulation study are two most important methods to explore the principle of air distribution of clean room. Testing study needs relatively long cycle and much running cost, but numerical simulation study not only needs short cycle and little running cost but also can expediencely compare the varying devise. We may improve the design of the distribution of the clean room with the velocity field and pollutant concentration field that is gotten from the numerical simulation. So numerical simulation study is being more and more applied.Based upon the three-dimension stationary Navier-Strokes coupled equation and k- turbulent model and kechen turbulent model, the essay simulates the air distribution of the non-unidirectional clean room and compares and analyzes the results of two kinds of turbulence models. Inorder to verify the results of numerical simulation, some experiments are designed. Firstly the clean room model with the glassy material is designed to effectively observe fluid state, we draw the qualitatively conclusions: it is feasible to simulate the air distribution of clean room with CFD; numerical simulation of two turbulence models is viable. To further justify which turbulent model is more appropriate, primitive test is also performed: to collect date through experiment in the non-unidirectional clean room and compare it with the results of numerical simulation, and draw the quantitative conclusion that the results of k- turbulent model is more suitable than that of kechen.For years, design of air distribution of clean room is based upon experience, and there are no special quantitative requirements in the code for clean room. The essay achieves the simulation of the air distribution of non-unidirectional clean room with CFD and proves the conclusion of the simulation through tests; therefore it provides the feasibility to evaluate the design standard of air distribution in clean room by means of the not even coefficient and may serve as a reference to the design of clean room.
