教学型柔性制造系统YG-FMS的开发研究

【摘要】 柔性制造系统(FMS)是集计算机技术、数字控制技术、网络通信技术以及现代生产管理技术为一体的现代制造技术。自20世纪60年代以来,为满足产品不断更新,适应多品种、小批量生产自动化的需要,柔性制造系统得到了迅速的发展,已成为西方工业国家主流的机械制造装备,它对快速响应市场需求、促进机械制造业的发展和进步发挥了重要作用。 本论文就教学型YG-FMS的研制开发所涉及的FMS系统组成、理论建模、实时通信、调度控制等问题进行了研究和探讨,成功解决了YG-FMS研制过程中系统布局、物料储运、作业计划制定、生产过程监控等关键技术,完成了YG-FMS设计、连线、调试、试运行整个开发研制工作,本论文涉及的主要研究内容包括: 1.应用Petri网数学工具进行系统建模。FMS是一种典型的离散型动态系统,结构组成多样,事件触发频繁,控制对象多,控制信息量大,系统结构复杂。Petri网能方便地描述离散动态系统的并发、冲突、同步等特点,具有直观、简洁、运用方便的特征,因此选用Petri网作为系统的建模工具。 2.采用Profibus现场总线实现系统的实时通信。选择了Profibus现场总线解决YG-FMS单元层与设备层之间的通信问题,论文详细描述了系统实时通信的物理结构、具体技术和实现方法。 3.单元控制器的开发。从单元控制器功能组成出发,对作业计划的制定、生产调度、系统监控等各功能模块进行了设计与开发。 4.通过对一个零件进行实际加工,对系统所具有的功能进行了验证。 最后,提出了系统有待进一步扩展研究的相关问题。本论文研究所涉及的相关技术和方法对生产型FMS的开发设计提供了有益的借鉴。

【Abstract】 Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) is a modern manufacturing technology, which includes computer technologies, numerical control technologies , network communication technologies, modern production management technologies. From nineteen sixties, to satisfy products’ ceaseless renewal and adapt the demands for multiple-kind, packaged production, FMS has advanced rapidly and become the major manufacturing equipment in the west industrial countries. It plays an important role in rapidly responding to the requirement of the market and accelerating the development of mechanical manufacturing.In this paper, the design and development of YG-FMS, a teaching system, are researched and discussed, which involve system architecture , theory modeling , real-time communication , scheduling control. The key techniques about designing system , storing and conveying material, establishing project plans , monitoring production process are resolved successfully. The main study content of the article is as follows:1. Establishing a system model by using Petri Net. FMS is a typical Discrete Event Dynamic System(DEDS). whose characteristics include various kinds of system frameworks, event triggering frequently , multiple control objects, a large amount of information, a complex system structure. Petri Net can conveniently describe the DEDS characteristics of concurrence , conflict , synchronization and is chosen as the tool of modeling.2. Realizing system real-time communication by using Profibus. Profibus is chosen to solve the communication problem between cell controller and equipment. The thesis describes the structure and technologies and methods of system real-time communication in detail.3. Developing cell controller. To consider the functions of cell controller, projectplans’ establishment, production scheduling , system monitoring are designed and developed.4. Validating system functions by practical machining a part.Finally, the problems about expanding the system are presented. The methods and techniques reported in this thesis could be taken as a useful reference for manufacturing FMSs’ design:
