【摘要】 党的十六大报告指出，坚持和完善公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度，必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济发展。TT集团公司是西安高新区的一家非公有制经济企业，本文旨在通过研究TT集团的执行力，探讨TT集团公司以后健康快速发展的路子。 本文按照当前执行力研究成果对照检查企业运行实际现状，利用问题驱动式的方法提出问题。并针对问题逐个应用在MBA学习期间所学的企业文化理论构建先进的、全面的执行力文化，因为所有企业的问题都是人的问题，而只有文化才能改变人的意识从而改变人的行为；用PEST分析法、波特(Porter)五种竞争力量模型、SWOT分析、波士顿矩阵、政策导向矩阵等方法对组织战略重新定位和调整以适应企业内外部环境；用目标管理方法强化对目标计划绩效的考评并与薪酬挂钩：用信息管理科学解决信息沟通准确，落实细节执行力。用实证分析的方法深入研究企业现状，找到了打造，TT集团公司组织执行力的答案和结论，对其他企业的绩效提高均有帮助和借鉴。本文通过对“TT集团公司的组织执行力”的实例研究，说明执行力是企业的基因，是决定企业成败的一个重要因素，是新时期构成企业竞争力的重要一环。在激烈竞争的市场中，一个企业的执行力如何，将决定企业的兴衰。没有执行力就没有竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Report of Sixteenth Congress of CCP shows: To insist and improve public-owned economy as principal parts and developing together with non public-owned economy is China basic economy system, there is no doubt to encourage, support and conduct the development of non public-owned economy confirmedly. TT Group is a private enterprise located in Xi’an Hi-Tech Zone. The paper discusses how to develop rapidly and healthily for TT Group by studying its executing capacity. Under this background, according to the present results of studying on executing capacity and compared to examine the run of a company, this paper poses many comprehensive and profound questions, using the knowledge and method during the MBA studying to analyze each questions, for example, how to build culture of executing capacity by theory of enterprise culture, how to reposition organize stratagem by PEST ,PORTER and SWOT ,how to enhance performance evaluation and combine with salary by management by object, how to research enterprise condition deeply by method of analysis fact etc.,finding out the best way to organize executing capacity of Tech Team Group in the end. It also gives good suggestions to other companies, through studying on Executing Capacity Organization of Tech Team Group, the paper shown that: executing capacity is the genes of a company, it is the vital factor to decide win or lose of a company, and it is also an important ring consisting the capacity of a company.
