西宁特钢公司新产品开发战略研究

【摘要】 本文通过对新产品开发战略相关理论的研究,运用SWOT分析方法、定量决策矩阵等方法对西宁特钢公司(以下简称西宁特钢)新产品开发中存在的问题进行了分析,指出了目前西宁特钢新产品开发中存在的诸多不足,提出了西宁特钢新产品开发的战略目标,并具体细化形成西宁特钢新产品开发的品种决策战略,并对其具体实施和控制过程提出了自己的看法和建议。 本论文共分为七个部分。第一部分为导论,第二部分为新产品开发相关理论综述,简述了新产品开发的相关理论及前人所做的工作,为西宁特钢新产品开发战略的研究提供了理论基础;第三部分为西宁特钢新产品开发的现状,主要介绍了西宁特钢新产品开发的主要做法,指出了西宁特钢新产品开发中存在的问题;第四部分为西宁特钢新产品开发的外部环境和内部资源分析,主要对西宁特钢新产品开发的宏观环境、行业情况、市场需求、竞争对手及内部的主要资源状况进行了分析;第五部分是西宁特钢新产品开发战略的分析与选择,主要针对西宁特钢新产品开发面临的外部环境与内部资源状况,提出了西宁特钢新产品开发战略目标及其具体品种决策战略的方案;第六部分是西宁特钢新产品开发战略的实施与控制;第七部分为结论部分。 本文的研究可能会有以下理论和现实意义:一是目前国内特钢市场竞争日益激烈,从企业的长远发展看,西宁特钢需要适合其自身发展的新产品开发战略;二是本论文的研究方法为其它类似企业的新产品开发战略的建立与实施提供了一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Through study of the related theories of the new products development strategy, the SWOT analysis method and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) method are used in this paper to analyze the problems and shortcomings concerning new products development in Xining Special Steel Co.Ltd (short named as XNSS). In the meanwhile, the strategic goal for new products development is set forth and tailored into decision-making strategy on new products varieties. The author’s point of view and suggestion for its implementation and control process are included in this paper.This thesis is divided into seven parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is a summary of theories related with new products development and the previous work done by other people. The third part is the present situation of new products development at XNSS. The methods of doing it and the problems occurred during the process are introduced in this part. The forth part is the analysis of the outside environment and internal resources of new products development at XNSS. The macro-environment, industry circumstances, market need, rivals and key internal resources for new products development are major targets in this section. The fifth part is the analysis and selection of the new products development strategy at XNSS.Aiming at its external environment and internal resources, the strategic goal andparticular varieties decision-making methods are discussed in details at this part. Thesixth part is the implementation and control of new products development strategy atXNSS. The seventh part is the conclusion.The study and research in this paper might have of theoretical and realistic importance. First of all, because of the fierce competition on domestic special steel market, XNSS should have a reasonable new products development strategy from its long term development point of view. Secondly, the research method applied in this paper could be used by similar enterprises for reference while making their own new products development strategy.
