三秦建筑公司工程项目成本控制研究

【摘要】 建筑业是国民经济的主要物资生产部门，在国民经济中所占比重大，产业关联度强，能够带动许多相关产业的发展，是其它各行业赖以发展的基础性先导产业。自上世纪80年代以来，随着我国建筑领域市场的开放，多元竞争的格局逐渐形成，建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈，行业平均利润率呈逐年下降的趋势。在民营和股份制建筑企业的蚕食下，国有建筑企业的市场份额不断萎缩，财务状况日渐恶化。三秦建筑公司在无法改变目前强度竞争格局和经营收入呈下降趋势的情况下，如何挖掘自身的内部潜力，加强工程成本控制工作已经成为需要亟待解决的问题。 本论文以企业成本控制理论为先导，结合企业自身的特点，在进行了充分的实践研究及论证的基础上对企业的成本控制方案进行了全面的设计，包括计划、执行、考核三个阶段。在整个方案设计中，施工项目成本过程控制是重点，也是本论文重点论述的部分。本文的成本控制方案与三秦公司实际情况密切结合，突出了方案设计的应用性和可操作性，保证了方案设计能够在企业的实际成本控制工作中得到实战应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a major material production department, architecture is a fundamentally leading unit and takes a great portion in national economy. It can help to develope the relevant field too. Since 1980s, with the opening of our architecture market, multiple competition has been formed, which resulted in the trend of low profit rate of this unit. Under the competition and pressure of private and share-holders enterprises, state-owned enterprises shrinks considerably and so does the financial condition, with this situation, it becomes an urgent task that cultivating the internal potential and strengthening the control of cost.The paper, based on cost control theory and the features of the enterprises, designed a whole program for cost control after a great deal of empirical research. It includings planning, implementation and evaluation, the paper fouses on the cost control because it is the key point in the scheme design. With the empirical research method, the paper guarantees the practicality and applicability in real case.更多还原
