企业人力资源管理中的绩效管理研究

【摘要】 在知识经济的时代背景下,知识的创造者、使用者和承载者——人力资源已经成为社会生产力中的第一要素,人才与经济一体化已经成为大势所趋。人力资源管理已经成为现代企业的一项基本职能和现代企业管理的重要组成部分,而绩效管理又在人力资源管理系统中占据着核心地位,起着主导作用。所以本文选择绩效管理作为研究对象。 在理论层次上,本论文通过对绩效、绩效管理、绩效考核等概念的诠释,全面分析了绩效管理的内容、本质和特征;从绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考评和绩效反馈等四个方面详细论述了绩效管理的全过程:深入分析了绩效结果在企业管理实践中的具体用途,并提出了处理企业绩效问题的原则和步骤。在实践层次上,通过对三个实战管理案例的陈述,分析了企业管理实践中对管理人员、销售人员和车间工人的绩效管理方法和问题,为企业选择导入绩效管理决策提供相应的主张和建议。 本文认为,绩效管理不仅是企业管理的手段,而且是企业管理的核心,同时也是一种企业管理的文化,它本身有着深刻的管理思想底蕴和丰富的管理实践基础;论文将把绩效管理看成企业人力资源管理系统中的一个相对独立的、复杂的、不断循环发展的子系统,采用理论和实践相结合的方法,综合运用经济学、管理学和心理学等学科的基本理论和方法来研究和剖析绩效管理的问题。

【Abstract】 Viewing from the background of Knowledge Economy , it’s clear that Human Resources which is regarded as the creator, user and bearing of knowledge has become the vital factor of the social productivity, the talent and economic integration is the current development trend. HR management now becomes important part of basic functions of the modern enterprise and modern enterprise managements. Performance management takes leading core place in the whole HR management system , so the Author chose Performance management as his studying subject.In theoretical level, The article gave a comprehensive presentation on Performance, Performance management and Performance assessment, analyzed the content, essence and characteristics of the Performance management; Gave detailed discussion of the total processes on Performance management from Performance plan, Performance action, Performance evaluation and Performance feedback ; Analyzed the concrete usage of Performance results in the enterprise management . In practice, The author stated three practical management cases which he himself experienced, analyzed the methods and problems of management person, salesmen and employees on performance management ; Pointed out suggestions for enterprises which are willing to introduce Performance management for decision-making......, etc..The article stresses that Performance management is not only means for enterprise management, but also the core of the enterprise management, it is the culture of enterprise management with Profound management thoughts and rich management practical foundations; So the system theory should be applied here to regard the Performance management as a sub-system which is relatively independent, complicated and continuous circulating and developing part in a whole enterprise HR resources management system; The article also adopted sorts of means which combining theories and practices together to research the subjects, the article used many fundamental theories and methods for its research and problem analysis on the main topics, including economics, management science and psychology, etc..YiBo-Luo Directed by:
