【摘要】 医学临床重点学科建设在医院全面建设中起着重要的带动作用，对学科建设规律的研究也得到了人们的重视，而学科评估是学科建设过程中的重要内容。本研究以学科评估理论为指导，充分参考国内外关于学科建设和指标体系评估法的经验，结合第一军医大学附属医院工作的实际情况，明确评估体系的目标。通过逐级分解目标要素，预先采用层次分析法获得各项指标可能的权重系数，然后进行两轮较大规模的专家咨询，对前期构建的指标体系内容及其权重进行修正，同时明确各项指标的分级内涵，从而构建出较为完整的医学临床重点学科评估体系，同时初步研制了相应的计算机软件系统。该指标体系包括：7个一级指标、18个二级指标、48个三级指标以及量化的三级指标说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of key clinical discipline is vital, which can give an impetus to the overall hospital construction. Great attention has been paid to researches on the law of discipline construction in which discipline assessment is of great importance. Under the guiding of discipline assessing theories, taking the experience in discipline construction and criteria of evaluation system at home and abroad as reference, and considering actual situation and practical experience of the affiliated hospitals of the First Military Medical University, the study focuses on the objectives of the evaluation system firstly. Secondly, the objective has been decomposed into several levels and various criteria were set in each level. Possible weight of each criterion can be acquired through analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Thirdly, a complete and comprehensive evaluation system for key clinic disciplines were set up after two-round mega-sized counsels have been held with experts to make correction on the evaluation system and the weight of criteria and also to clarify the connotation of each criterion. Meanwhile, the software relevant to the evaluation system has been developed.
