高流量负荷下生物法净化低浓度甲苯废气的性能研究

【摘要】 生物法废气净化技术研究是当前工业废气净化技术研究领域中的前沿热点课题之一。本研究以甲苯废气作为研究对象,对高流量负荷下生物膜填料塔处理低浓度甲苯废气的生物净化性能以及相关的动力学模式验证进行研究,主要研究内容与结果如下: (1)在高流量负荷下,采用直接通气循环挂膜法制作的生物膜填料塔适用于净化处理高流量负荷的低浓度甲苯废气。 (2)气体流量、入口气体甲苯浓度、温度等因素对甲苯的净化效率有较大的影响。当操作温度在19-25℃、气体流量在0.8m~3/h、进口浓度为105mg/m~3时,甲苯的净化效率可达到61.90%。这表明在适宜的操作条件下,生物膜填料塔能在高流量负荷下有效地净化低浓度甲苯废气,出口气体甲苯浓度低于国家大气污染物综合排放标准(GB16297-1996)中对现有企业甲苯的排放限值(≤60mg/m~3)。 (3)动力学模式验证研究表明,课题组前期建立的“吸附-生物膜”理论的动力学模式对高流量负荷下生物膜填料塔净化处理低浓度甲苯废气也同样具有很好的适用性。利用该动力学模式对甲苯净化效率、出口气体甲苯浓度以及甲苯生化去除量的模拟计算值和实验值之间均有很好的拟合性(R>0.97),因此可以在实际工作中利用该动力学模式来描述在高流量负荷下生物膜填料塔对低浓度甲苯废气的生物净化处理过程,并对影响因素进行模拟研究。 以上关于高流量负荷下生物膜填料塔的净化性能研究,将会在减小生物法废气净化工业装置体积、节省设备投资和减轻相关企业低浓度挥发性有机废气治理的经济负担等方面发挥重要的指导作用。

【Abstract】 The biopurification technology is one of the advanced and interested technologies in research work to purify industrial off-gases in the world. This thesis was mainly concerned on the biopurification performance of toluene in low concentration under the high inflow loading and relative kinetic calculation model of Adsorption-Biofilm Theory verified by using a biotrickling filter. The main results were shown as follows:(1) Under the high inflow loading, the light-weight ceramic lump was packed into a biotrickling filter and ventilated directly after vaccination. The results showed that the biotrickling filter is the suitability to purify off-gases containing toluene in low concentrations with high inflow loading.(2) Gas inflpw volume, inlet concentration and temperature had the remarkable effect to the purification efficiency of toluene. When the operation temperature was 19-25℃, gas inflow volume was 0.8m3/h and the concentration of toluene in influent gas was 105mg/m3, the purification efficiency of toluene in off-gases could reach at 61.90%. The experimental results showed that under the suitable operational condition, the biotrickling filter is proved to be highly efficient in biodegradation of toluene in low concentration under the high inflow loading. The effluent gas can meet the National Standard GB16297- 1996, in which the concentration of toluene in effluent gas is lower than 60 mg/m3.(3) With the experimental data got from the biotrickling filter used in this study, the kinetic calculation model mentioned above was verified. According to the kinetic calculation model, the purification efficiency of toluene in off-gases, the concentration of toluene in effluent gas, and the biological elimination of toluene were calculated respectively. A good suitability of the kinetic model for the biodegradation process of toluene in low concentration under the high inflow loading was verified. The verified results showed that the calculated data of kinetic model were close to the experimental data (correlation coefficients R>0.97). Therefore, the new Adsorption-Biofllm Theory and its kinetic model can be used in the simulation research for the practical process of biopurifying off-gases containing toluene in low concentration under the high inflow loading.The research project gives play to the important guidance role in the many aspects, such as reducing the industry device volume, economizing installation cost, and lightening the financial burden of correlation enterprise.
