松香蒸馏塔控制系统的设计研究与仿真

【摘要】 本文是围绕水蒸气蒸馏连续法生产松香和松节油过程中实现对蒸馏塔的控制问题而展开的。蒸馏塔是生产的核心,具有非线性、强耦合、多变量等特点,它的控制直接影响到产品的质量、产量和能耗。本文的研究目标就是对蒸馏塔进行控制,使产品质量符合生产要求。 本论文的研究方法及路线是:一、通过分析蒸馏塔特性确定蒸馏塔温度控制方案;二、利用测试法建立系统模型;三、进行神经网络PID参数自适应控制器的设计;四、对所采用的控制方案进行MATLAB仿真。 本论文主要取得了如下研究成果: 一、通过蒸馏塔特性分析提出了前馈—反馈控制和分程控制相结合的蒸馏塔上段温度控制方案,以及基于DRNN神经网络PID解耦控制的蒸馏塔下段温度控制方案。 二、通过现场实验数据,并利用最小二乘曲线拟合算法建立被控对象各通道之间的二阶系统模型。 三、利用DRNN神经网络对PID参数进行自动调整,克服了神经网络与传统PID控制器各自的缺点。 四、利用MATLAB对本文提出的控制方案进行仿真,仿真结果不仅表明该控制方案是切实可行的,而且取得了良好的控制效果,系统具有超调量小,抗干扰能力强等优点。 总之,本文的研究不仅为水蒸气蒸馏连续法生产松香和松节油过程中实现对蒸馏塔的控制提供了一种全新的思路,并通过MATLAB进行仿真,证实了该设计方案的有效性。其研究方法具有一定的创新性、实用性和应用参考价值。

【Abstract】 This thesis is developed on an existing problem for the control of distill column in the process of rosin and turpentine production by continuous vapor distillation. Distill column is the core of rosin and turpentine production, which has the character of non-linear, strong coupling and multivariable, and the control of distill column will influence the quality, output and energy consume of the production directly. The aim of this paper is to control the distill column and make the quality of production up to the mustard.Research methods applied in the thesis are as follows:First: via analyzing the character of distill column we bring forward the control method of feedforward-feedback and subsection control for the upside of the distill column, and self-turning PID decoupling control based on DRNN neural network for the down side of the distill column.Second: via experimental data we get the second-order system model for each control object by using least square curve simulation.Third: the using of self-turning PID controllers with DRNN neural networks overcome the disadvantages of regular PID controller and neural networks.Forth: The results of simulation with MATLAB indicate that the system is not only feasible, but also has the character of lower over adjusting, better anti-jamming.Above all, the research of this paper is not only providing a new idea for the control of distill column in the process of rosin and turpentine production by continuous vapor distillation, but also, by MATLAB simulation, the results proving that the control method we used in this paper is validity. The research method also is creative, practical and has some application and reference value.
