冲击磨料磨损机理研究

【摘要】 对冲击磨料磨损机理研究的传统方法是从实验或实物检测入手,推导出经验公式或看法,所以得到的结论基本属于定性研究和“磨损后”的情况。而本文则一方面使用实验手段来模拟特定条件下的冲击磨料磨损工况,主要对比由于磨料的粒度、密度的变化对材料磨损量的影响,另一方面运用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立与实验条件基本一致的分析模型,仿真冲击磨料磨损实验的全过程,通过有限元计算获得不同大小和密度的磨料与磨损面相互冲击时的力学参量,结合磨料与磨损表面材质的物理性能,直接分析磨损表面的失效行为,并从力学的角度对磨损失重机理进行分析研究,从而实现了冲击全部过程的数字仿真。这对合理选材、正确的组织设计、提高材料耐磨性有重要的实际意义,在理论上对发展磨损理论、搞清冲击磨料磨损机理也是有价值的,同时也为从理论上研究冲击磨料磨损的失效机制提供了部分依据,为冲击磨料磨损机理研究从较粗糙的定性研究转变为较精确的定量研究探索出了一条新路。具体工作有以下几方面:(1) 建立一套冲击磨料磨损实验系统,主要观察磨料粒度、密度的变化对磨损失重的影响,并提出看法;(2) 使用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立与实验工况基本符合的一套分析模型,主要模拟不同的磨料粒度、密度、接触面的高低度对冲击过程中各项力学参数变化的影响,在此基础上来对冲击磨料磨损机理进行探讨。

【Abstract】 The research of the traditional method in impact abrasive wearing often commences from experiments or real object examinations, then deduces an empirical formula or viewpoints, so gets the conclusion which is basic to belong to qualitative and after wearing investigation. In this dissertation,the author presents a systematic wearing test to imitate work circumstances of impact abrasive frication wear, which includes the different grain sizes and quantity, on the other hand,uses analysis software ANSYS to establish models in accordance with wearing test, and imitates the whole process of impact. On the basis of the calculation of ANSYS, the author gets mechanical data of different abrasive grains and amounts impact wearing surface, and join together the physics characteristic of wearing terrain, then make a direct analysis of deterioration and wearing character. This is not only very important for improves material wear life and develops tribology theory,but also transform wearing investigation from qualitative to quantitative analysis.The main work has below several aspects:(1) Establishing a set of impact abrasive wearing test system, which is used to observe the specific wearability due to the varieties sizes of grain and amounts, and put forward some viewpoints.(2) The analysis software ANSYS in usage establishes a set of analysis model to research various mechanics parameters changing that get in touch with sizes and amounts, then on this foundation to study impact abrasive wearing.
