基于区域创新系统理论的大学科技园发展战略研究

【摘要】 大学科技园演绎了高技术时代一种全新的经济发展模式，不仅成为20世纪高技术产业化方面最重要的创举。而且将成为21世纪世界经济发展的主流形态。因此，对科技园区的研究已日益引起国内外的高度重视。大学科技园的理论与实践是一个涉及面广，且十分复杂的大课题，是一项极富有开创性的研究工作。本文试图综合运用区域创新系统的理论与方法，对科技园的创新发展战略深入研究，这无论是在理论上，还是在实践上都具有重大的现实意义。 第一章绪论部分是本文研究的逻辑起点。首先根据现实对大学科技园的要求，以及科技园的发展壮大的意义和存在的问题，提出了本文的研究内容。 第二章“区域创新系统理论综述与探讨”是本文的理论铺垫，主要现有文献对区域经济发展理论加以梳理，并扼要的阐述了区域创新理论，为完善大学科技园区域创新体系和发展战略研究理论分析框架作理论上的准备。 第三章“大学科技园创新体系”和第四章“我国大学科技园创新体系的知识转移和扩散”主要分析分析富有特色和典型意义的科技园区的创新模式，又探讨了成功科技园区创新模式的特点和运作方式和创新体系的知识转移机制问题，为培育和提高我国大学科技园创新能力提供借鉴和参考。 第五章“增强中国大学科技园区域创新能力的发展战略措施”是第三、第四章的继续与深入，主要是剖析现状，并着重从我国科技园区制度创新较为落后的实际出发，提出增强我国科技园创新能力的发展战略措施。 本文首次运用创新的前沿理论——区域创新系统理论，对大学科技园创新绩效进行分析研究，根据这一理论分析框架，首次提出我国大学科技园创新能力的提高在于完善科技园的创新体系，并据此，提出了我国大学科技园发展战略以及提高创新能力的若干对策和政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The University Science Park zones display a completely new economic development model In the high-tech times. It brings with it a new model for the development of economy-the knowledge economy, which is not only the most significant Innovation In the high-tech industrialization in the 20th century, but will also be the main Stream of the world economic development in the 21st century. The study on University Science Park zones, therefore, is gaining increasing attention both at home and abroad. In fact, the theory and practice of the park is a complicate topic that involves different aspects and the study of it will be a pioneering project. The author tries to make a profound study, using Regional Innovation System theories and methods on the development strategy and regional Innovation ability of University Science Park. The study will have much significance both in theory and real practice.Chapter one, According to the realistic requisition on University Science Park first of all, the meaning and question existing that the development of the University Science Park grow in strength, the author put forward the research content of this text.Chapter two, Regional Innovation System Theory serve as the preparation for the theory of this thesis. The author study the existing document of the regional economic development theory, and defined Regional Innovation System theory briefly for perfecting university scientific and technological garden innovation systems and develop strategic analyze that as the preparation in theory.Chapter three, Regional Innovation Systems of University Science Park Innovative Systems, chapter four, The Shift and Spread of Knowledge of Our Country University Science Park Innovative of Systems* analyze the innovative models of University Science Park that have rich characteristic and typical meanings. Probe into the characteristics and the way operation of the succeed park, and study on the shift mechanism of the innovation systems of University Science Park offer reference and consult in order to cultivate and improve the innovative ability of University Science Park of our country.Chapter five, the development strategy measure for strengthening innovation ability of the Chinese University Science Park is the deepening of chapter three and four.
