成品烟配送中心分拣系统的研究

【摘要】 在配送中心作业的各环节中,分拣是非常重要的一环,分拣成本占物流搬运成本的40%,它是整个配送中心作业系统的核心。因此若要降低物流成本以及其中的搬运成本,由分拣作业着手改进可以获得事半功倍的效果。本论文以国家烟草专卖总局立项的,由昆船物流信息产业有限公司开发的某卷烟厂正在建立的成品烟条自动分拣系统为研究对象。本文运用物流系统的分析方法与理论,对配送中心拣货作业系统(如拣货单位、拣货方式、拣货策略和拣货设备等)进行了详细分析和研究。同时建立了一个具有代表性的配送中心和成品.烟分拣系统,并借助软件Unigraphics建立了补给系统的三维模型,进行动画模拟仿真。另外,将“虚拟视窗”算法理论应用于成品烟分拣系统的控制当中,并提出其控制中的提前响应理念,使分拣系统的信息通讯、电信号传输及机械动作提前响应、从而使分拣系统的输送体系能够精确匹配。最后,基于配送中心的作业流程,对配送中心的管理信息系统从结构和功能两方面进行了设计。实际表明,成品烟自动分拣系统应用于配送中心中,大大提高了拣货效率,具有非常广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Sorting system is very important in each tache of distribution center, its cost accounts for 40% of the whole logistics cost and it is quick in the distribution center.Therefore minding sorting system can acquire good result if you want to lower the cost of the logistics.The paper is from a project, named as automated sorting system of finished product cigatette, exploited by Kunming shipping logistics information Ltd. The paper anatomizes each tache of distribution center, such as sorting unit, sorting mode, sorting strategy and sorting equipment, by means of the analytic method of logistics system.At the same time, the pater establish a representative distribution center and sorting system of finished product cigatette and three-dimensional model of replenishment system by means of the computer software "Unigraphics".Besides the system is simulated through computer.In addition, the paper introduces that the Application of virtual window algorithmin to the automated sorting control system and bring the method of advance answer in control system.Information communication, telecommunication number transmission and mechanical action advance answer can match accurately transportation system of sorting system.Finally, the paper designs management information system of distribution center from both function and construction based on distribution center task.The practice use proves that the application of automated sortingsystem to distribution center can improve sorting efficiency greatly.It has wide application prospect.
