【摘要】 本研究的目的是通过临床与动物实验，观察益髓平眩汤对椎一基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性眩晕的疗效，并探讨其作用机理。研究方法：按照国家中医药管理局1994年制订发布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中有关眩晕的中医诊断标准、试验病例标准和疗效标准，将60例符合纳入标准的临床病例随机分益髓平眩汤治疗组和强力定眩片对照组；结果显示：治疗组愈显率76． 7％，总有效率93％，对照组愈显率53． 6％，总有效率83． 3％，经统计学处理，两组有显著性差异(P<0． 05) ；实验研究表明益髓平眩汤对血液流变学指标、血脂、脑血流量有明显改善作用。结论：益髓平眩汤具有明显改善临床症状，降低血液粘度，改善血流状态，降低血脂，改善微循环，增加脑血流量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Yi Sui Ping Xuan Tang on the dizziness due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency (VBI), and to study the effective mechanism. Method: 60(sixty) standard clinical cases are divided into two random groups and treated respectively. Result: It is shown that the obviously effective rate in the treated group is 30%, the totally effective rate 93%; and in the controlled group the obviously effective rate is 23.3%. The total effective rate 83.3%, There is significant difference between them through statistical management (P<0.05). The experimental study indicates that Yi Sui Ping Xuan Tang many improve hemorheologic markers, regulate blood lipids, reduce ET - 1 in plasma, increase NO, and raise brain blood flow. Conclusion: Yi Sui Ping Xuan Tang can reduce blood viscidity, regulate blood flow condition, reduce blood lipids, improve microcirculation, and raise brain blood flow, which proves the mechanism and effectiveness on the dizziness due to VBI, initially.更多还原
