【摘要】 本文旨在运用中医药理论和现代药理对夏枯草、莪术、仙鹤草配伍治疗肿瘤的作用进行理论探讨和实验研究。理论上，学生结合导师多年的临床实践经验，对已被证实确有抗肿瘤作用的三味中药(夏枯草、莪术、仙鹤草)进行适当配伍，一方面用夏枯草散瘤，莪术攻瘤，另一方面利用仙鹤草的收敛、补益之性，既可集中人体正气，又可集中药物攻散之力，从而达到散中有收，以收促散的目的，进而体现了散收并用法抗肿瘤的配伍意义。实验研究观察了三药配伍对荷瘤小鼠的一般生存状况、肿瘤大小、体积、组织切片及血清中TNF、IL-2的含量、免疫器官(脾)重量等指标的影响。结果表明，三药配伍后可明显改善小鼠的生存状况，提高生存质量、控制肿瘤的生长。从而说明以散收并用法为指导组成的夏枯草、莪术、仙鹤草配伍可以从多方面、多层次、多环节对肿瘤起到防治作用，对临床实践具有积极的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article is meant to study and explore the role of the combination of herba agrimoniae, spica prunellae and rhizoma zedoariae in treating cancer . It’s theoretically believed that the imbalance of zang-fu organs ,yin-yang and qi-blood and the accumulation of phlegin , stasis , damp , and qi in the body are important pathogenesis of cancer while scattering and withdrawing are one of the basic treating methods . Based on this ,the 3 medicinal herbs above are selected and put in the appropriate combination. This study observes the effect of this combination on such indicators as IL-2 , TNF , the weight of tumor , etc . It turned out that this combination composed of the 3 herb is capable of improving life quality of animals , controlling the grow of tumor and improving immune function of animals . All this suggests that the combination can prevent and treat cancer and its complications from many perspectives, such as IL-2-, TNF, the weight of tumor can direct our clinical practice.更多还原
