多功能逆变电源的仿真研究

【摘要】 本文首先论述了仿真理论在弧焊逆变电源中的应用及其发展趋势,以及仿真时应该注意的一些问题。介绍了常用的一些仿真软件,如Pspice,Saber和MATLAB,综合三种仿真软件的特点和适用范围,选择了MATLAB对多功能逆变电源系统进行仿真。 对多功能逆变电源的工作过程进行了分析,设计了主电路结构,并对电路元件参数进行计算,在此基础上建立了系统的仿真模型,并对外特性进行了仿真;推导了控制电路的传递函数,并进行了稳定性分析。其次,对直流TIG焊、直流脉冲TIG焊、对称的交流方波TIG焊和变极性TIG焊进行了仿真试验。最后,用Tektronix数字存储示波器对多功能逆变电源的各部分波形进行了测试,用静负载测定了电源外特性曲线,与仿真结果进行对比,二者非常相似和接近,验证了所设计的电路参数的准确性,达到了仿真的预期效果。 另外,针对目前硬开关电源的不足(功率开关器件在开、关瞬间承受大的电流应力和电压应力,其开通和关断过程损耗较大),介绍了全桥相移零电压开关变换器(FB-ZVS-PWM)的工作原理,并进行了仿真试验,设计出了较优的谐振电感、电容参数,缩短了后续的软开关电源系统的设计周期。

【Abstract】 Firstly, the application and development trend of simulation theory in arc welding inverter power source is expounded, and some questions which should be paid attention to are discussed. Some common simulated software is introduced, such as Pspice, Saber and MATLAB. Taking into account the characteristic and appropriate range of three simulated software, MATLAB is selected to simulate multi-function inverter power source.The work process of Multi-function inverter power source is analyzed, configuration of the main circuit is designed, and parameters of the circuit component are calculated. Then the simulation model of the system is developed on the basis of that, and the U-I static characteristic is simulated; The transfer function of the control circuit is educed, and the stability of system is analyzed. Second, DC TIG welding, DC pulse TIG welding, AC square-wave TIG welding and variable polarity AC TIG welding are simulated. At last, waveform of multi-function inverter power source is tested using Tektronix data storage oscillograph, and U-I static characteristic curve is measured on static load condition, afterwards, contrasting the former with the result of the simulation, they are very resembled and closed. And the veracity of designed parameters is validated, and expected purpose is obtained.In addition, aiming at the shortage of the hard-switching power source (the power switching endures circuit stress and voltage stress at the moment of turning on and off, and switching process has great waste), theory of the full bridge phase shifting zero voltage switching inverter (FB-ZVS-PWM) is introduced. Based on MATLAB, the optimal resonant inductance and capacitance parameters are schemed out, and design cycle of soft-switching power source is shorten.
