三电平四象限PWM整流器的研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着电力电子技术的发展,中压变频器得到了迅速的发展,中压变频器一般采用三电平结构,本课题针对三电平中压变频器的开发研究,设计三电平四象限PWM整流器。三电平PWM整流器与常规的整流器相比,具有以下优点:每一个功率开关器件所承受的电压仅为直流侧电压的一半,这样在同等情况下,功率器件相同直流母线电压就可以提高一倍,容量也可以提高一倍,故它比较适用于高电压、大容量功率应用场合。 本文采用空间电压矢量法对三电平PWM整流器进行控制,将ABC坐标系中的三相正弦电压可合成一旋转空间电压矢量,采用空间电压矢量法,对整流器交流侧电压进行控制。将交流电源电压通过三相到二相坐标变换,可以确定电源电压矢量的相位角,从而可以实现对整流器的功率因数的控制。 本文完成了整个控制系统的硬件和软件部分的设计,整流功率单元采用IGBT,整个控制系统采用PIC18F458单片机来实现的。并且通过实验验证了调制策略和控制方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 Recently, with the development of Power Electronics Technology, it is possible to improve the medium voltage frequency inverter technology. Thus, it is important to design three-level PWM rectifier. The main advantages of three-level PWM rectifier are allowing high voltage intensity of IGBT, reducing the ratio of voltage ascension, and achieving lower harmonic distortion than two-level rectifier at the same switch frequency.In this paper, the principle of three-level rectifier is firstly introduced. Then, the three-level space voltage vector control method is analyzed. Three-phase voltage can synthesize a rotational space voltage vector. By adjusting the time of three-phase voltage vector in one section, the magnitude and direction of the rotational voltage vector can be controlled.Secondly, the main-circuit of three-level rectifier, the protection and drive technology about IGBT and control system based on PIC18F458 microprocessor are designed, and a set of low power three-level rectifier is accomplished for the experiment. Finally, the software of control system and the result of the experiments are proposed.
