基于Modbus/TCP协议的工业以太网实时性研究

【摘要】 随着网络技术的发展,传统的工业控制系统开始向网络化和开放性发展。当现场总线大战硝烟正浓时,以太网以其开放性、通信速率高、丰富的软硬件资源、可持续发展潜力大等优点渗入到控制系统的控制层和设备层,工业以太网技术成为未来控制网路发展的方向。 课题“基于Ethernet的工业现场总线控制网络模型研究”旨在通过对工业以太网关键技术的研究,开发出基于工业以太网技术的满足传输实时性要求的通信软件。该通信软件可以实现不同总线系统的互连,因此,它不仅适用于传统工业控制网络的改造,也适用于未来新的工业控制网络结构。基于本课题本人所承担部分,本论文主要内容如下: 1.学习和研究了现场总线技术及工业以太网技术。 2.对工业以太网实时性的理论和Schneider推出的Modbus TCP/IP协议进行了深入的研究,并通过实验分析了影响工业以太网实时性的因素。 3.以控件的形式来实现一些控制算法,使该课题的通信软件在应用于控制网络时,可以在上位中方便的实现某些控制算法,从而弥补某些设备在运算、控制能力上的不足。

【Abstract】 With the development of Internet, traditional Industrial Control Systems intend to be an open network. When Fieldbuses are at war (or in an active state of conflict), Industrial Ethernet emerges as the times require. The advantages of Ethernet, such as high communication speed, resourceful hardware and software, potential of durative development and especially based on open IEEE Std. 802.3, are porting Ethernet to the Control Layer and Device layer of the Control Systems. Using of Industrial Ethernet technology must be the new direction of Control Network in the future. Through doing research on the key technology of Industrial Ethernet, the subject of "Research on the Module of Industrial Control Network in the Manufactory Floor based Ethernet" aims to develop communications software, which satisfies the real time transmission of Industrial Ethernet Technology. Based on the part of the subject which I have taken on, the content of my paper is as the following:1. Study on the technology of Fieldbuses and Industrial Ethernet.2. Do in-depth research the real time theory of Industrial Ethernet and Modbus TCP/IP protocol of Schneider’s. Through MB/TCP experimentation, the factors of affecting Industrial Ethernet’s real time are analyzed.3. Realize some PID control arithmetic in ActiveX. When the users use the communication software based on Network, the control function can be supported by the software on configuration, which complements limitations of calculation and the control abilities.
