基于LonWorks现场总线的楼宇自动化系统设计

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、通信技术和微电子技术的迅速发展,新的工业总线——现场总线也随之诞生。现场总线是连接智能现场设备和自动化系统的数字式、双向传输多分支结构的通信网络。该技术将专用微处理器置入传统的测量控制仪表,使它们各自都具有了数字计算和数字通信的能力,采用可进行简单连接的双绞线等作为总线,把多个测量控制仪表连接成网络系统,并按公开、规范的通信协议,在位于现场的多个微机化测量控制设备之间及现场仪表与远程监控计算机之间实现数据传输与信息交换,形成各种适应实际需要的自动控制系统。现场总线的出现意味着自动化技术面临第三次飞跃,即从集散控制系统(DCS)过渡到现场总线控制系统(FCS)。FCS适应了现代工业控制朝复杂化和智能化发展的要求,是21世纪自动化技术的必然趋势。 LON(Local Operating Networks)总线是其中一种优秀的现场总线技术,它是由美国Echelon公司1991年推出的局部操作网络,为监控系统提供了很强的实现手段。在其支持下,诞生了新一代的智能化低成本的现场测控产品。本文探讨了LonWorks技术,分析了将其运用到楼宇自动化的意义,并将这一技术运用到兰州某智能楼宇的楼宇自动化(Building Automation BA)系统,一是为在新兴的技术领域中作一些初步探索,二是相比以前的传统方案,充分体现到该技术的优越性,为把该技术推向今后项目的控制系统中打下基础。实际研究表明该方法动态响应快,对分散目标的集中管理和控制方面的应用有实际参考价值。 本文的组织结构如下:第一章简要介绍了楼宇自动化系统的现状和现场总线及现场总线控制系统。将FCS和DCS做了比较,说明了FCS应用到楼宇自动化的意义:第二章介绍了LonWorks现场总线控制系统的基础知识;第三章给出了兰州某智能楼宇的楼宇自动化系统的设计方案;第四章介绍了系统的硬件结构;第五章介绍了系统的LON网络的软件实现:第六章简要介绍了系统的上位机监控系统的开发。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer technology, communication technology and micro-electronics technology, A new industry bus called Fieldbus comes into being. Fieldbus is a fully digital and duplex data transmission system that connects intelligent field devices and automation systems to an industrial plane’s network. The technology embeds appropriative microprocessors into traditional measure and control instruments and made them capable of digital calculate and communication. Fieldbus connects many devices into network system by using twisted-pair as buses and realizes data transmission and information exchange following the public and canonical communication protocols in order to make up of all kinds of automation control system to adapt practical require. Filedbus means the third milestone of automatic technology, that is from Distributed Control System(DCS) to Fieldbus Control System(FCS). FCS adapts the demand of complex and intelligent industry. FCS is the inevitable trend of the 21 cn automatic technology.LON(Local Operating Networks) is the one of the excellent Fieldbus, which is presented by Echelon company of USA in 1991. It provides a very strong way for the monitoring system. Under its support, new intelligent and low cost monitoring products were born. This paper discusses the technology and analyzes the significance of applying it into building automation and uses it into building automation system (BAS) of one intelligent building in LanZhou.The aim is, the first, to primarily research in the rising technology fields. The second is, comparing with other traditional project, to adequately realize the merit of LonWorks and to ground for pushing the technology into the control system in the future. Research proves that this method has rapid dynamic response and it is practical reference value for the central management and control of distribute object.The structure of this paper is as follows, in chapter one, the present status of BAS, fieldbus and the FCS are introduced. Compared with the DCS, the significance of the FCS applies in building automation is explained. Chapter two shows the base knowledge of LonWorks Fieldbus Control System. Chapter three gives the design scheme of the BAS of one intelligent building in LanZhou. Hardware structure of system is introduced in chapter four and the software’s realization of system’s LON is introduced in chapter five. Chapter six describes the development of the system’s monitoring system of the upper computer in brief.
