珩磨机主轴往复运动电液比例控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 珩磨机作为金属加工工业生产中的重要设备,在机械加工行业中占有重要地位。现代珩磨机大量采用新技术,如控制技术、双膨胀珩磨头制造技术、现代测量技术的使用等,使得珩磨机日新月异,国外珩磨技术的飞速发展对中国的珩磨机制造业和珩磨工艺的使用行业提出了严峻的挑战。我国的传统工艺和珩磨机的制造技术束缚了珩磨技术的广泛应用,国内珩磨机专业生产厂家生产出来的珩磨设备大多还停留在半自动化的水平上,不能满足高端市场的要求,影响着我国装备制造业整体水平的提高。 本课题主要对珩磨机主轴往复运动系统进行设计与研究,是珩磨机整机技术改造的重要组成部分之一,采用电液比例控制系统代替原有的液压开关阀控制系统。通过静态设计、系统元件的选型,静态特性的分析和控制方案的选择,为开环控制打下基础。根据系统的特点,通过动态建模分析以及控制策略的仿真研究,采用闭环控制,使设计出的珩磨机主轴往复运动系统能够满足设计指标的要求。 在本课题的设计与研究中,以实用为原则,注意设计方案及研究内容的前瞻性和可行性。在控制方案的选择上,遵循先开环再闭环、先易后难的原则;在控制策略的研究中,选择了几种算法较简单,控制效果较好的控制作为研究对象,如PID控制、模糊控制和模糊自适应PID控制方法进行仿真研究,为今后控制器的设计和软件编程打下基础。

【Abstract】 Honing machine is a kind of important equipment in metalworking industry. In recent years, many kinds of new technologies are used in honing machine, such as, control technology, double bulge honing caput technology, morden measurement, etc. Foreign honing machine technology has achieved rapid development, which challenges inner companies. In our country, traditional technologe and honing machine manufacture restrict honing technology widely application. Our country companies’ product for honing machine, most of them are in the semi-automation level, and cannot meet advanced market needs, which affect our country’s equipment manufacture development.The thesis researches reciprocating motion of honing machine spindle, which is one of important parts for honing machine technology upgrade. We will replace original switch control by electrohydraulic proportional control. In static design, we choose important system elements and determine system control scheme, which provide good basis for the open-loop control and closed-loop control. According to the system’s property, we set up the system’s mathematical model. In closed-loop control, we has achieved good dynamic output by control strategy research, which meet design needs.In the research of this thesis, we use application and practicability as criteria for design plan and research content. For control plan choice, firstly, we choose open-loop control. In this foundation, we research closed-loop control. In the control strategy, we choose several simple practical control policies, such as, PID control, fuzzy control, fuzzy self-adaptive control, which provide good basic condition for controller design and software programming.
