螺旋离心泵工作特性实验及叶轮内部流场的CFD数值模拟

【摘要】 螺旋离心泵是将螺旋泵与离心泵融合为一体的一种新型杂质泵,其独特的结构可以将两者的优势充分发挥。与传统杂质泵相比,螺旋离心泵具有一系列的优点:螺旋离心泵可通性好、不易堵塞、过流部件磨损小,效率高、使用寿命长、运行费用低、并且具有良好的可调节性。现在,螺旋离心泵已广泛用于输送水果、蔬菜、绒状物、纸浆、污泥、活鱼、及其它高浓度浆液,成为一种理想的杂质泵。但到目前为止,在螺旋离心泵的设计和特性研究方面,都远没有达到普通离心泵那样的水平,在设计方面,国内主要还是采用设计普通离心泵的一元理论方法。而在泵的外特性及内部流动研究方面,国内进行的研究更少,只有很少人做过个别方面的研究,而用CFD方法对螺旋离心泵内部流场进行模拟,在国内还没有见到相关文献,所以,对螺旋离心泵进行外特性实验研究及内部流场模拟,探讨叶轮内部流动规律,总结出叶轮及泵体参数对该型泵性能的影响,为螺旋离心泵设计提供参考并积累经验数据,有着重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。本课题的主要工作有:1、 参考国内外进行水泵特别是两相流水泵实验的实验装置建立了可以测量螺旋离心泵能量及汽蚀性能的开式试验台。2、 在开式台上对螺旋离心泵进行了能量及汽蚀性能试验,并分析了螺旋离心泵的工作特性。3、 对螺旋离心叶轮内部流场进行了数值模拟,探讨螺旋离心叶轮内部流动规律。4、 总结各种因素对螺旋离心叶轮工作性能的影响并提出改进设想。

【Abstract】 Screw-centrifugal pump is a kind of new type liquid-solids handing pump whose unique impeller structure combines both the advantages of screw pump and centrifugal pump. Compared with traditional liquid-solids handing pumps, screw-centrifugal pump has a lot of virtues, such as clog-free performance, small abrasion, high efficient operation, longer life, lower operation cost and convenient adjustment. Now, screw-centrifugal pump has became a kind of ideal liquid-solids handling pumps and it has been used in transporting fruits, vegetables, fluffy materials, paper pulp, live fish and high density slurries, etc.So far, the research about the screw-centrifugal pump is not at the same level as the design of conventional centrifugal pump no matter in theory or in practice. In national, people design the screw-centrifugal pump using ID theory as same as designing the common centrifugal pumps, and fewer research has been done in this kind pump’s characteristic and inner flow. Thus, it is very significant to establish experimental bench and test the characteristic of the screw-centrifugal pump and model the inner flow condition of this kind of pump to find the factors affecting the pump’s performance and supply reference for further search in the flow in this kind of pump and new method of design.The main content of this paper is as follows:1 , Establishing the screw-centrifugal experimental bench .2, Testing the capacity performance and cavitation performance and analysing the reason of these performance.3, Modeling the inner flow condition utilizing CFD of the screw-centrifugal pump and discussing the inner flow roles.4, Summarizing the factors of affecting the performance of the screw-centrifugal pump and expounding some methods to improving this kind of pumps.
