基于西门子802S/C平台具有滚齿功能复合加工机床的研究

【摘要】 利用多轴数控机床实现复合加工是目前国际上流行的加工工艺之一,属先进制造技术的一种。复合加工就是把几种不同的加工工艺集中在一台机床上实现。经机床行业协会预测,数控多功能复合机床是二十一世纪机床行业的发展趋势之一,并且市场需求逐年递增,具有极为广阔的市场前景。数控机床在机械制造中的应用越来越广泛,地位越来越重要,但一般数控机床功能单一,满足不了数控多功能机床的要求。数控多功能复合机床国际上发达国家虽已有报导,但其价格昂贵,难以适应国内中小用户的要求。在激烈的市场竞争中,从事机械加工的中小企业迫切需要成本低、效率高、加工精度高、质量稳定的新型设备来武装自己。因此,研究开发一种中小型经济型多功能数控机床,具有重要意义。本文讨论了以兰州理工大学“齿轮加工机床CNC系统”专有技术为基础,利用兰州理工大学自行研制的脉冲伺服控制板,其中包括“电子齿轮传动”、“电子差动传动”、“函数分频”、“同步锁相”等功能模块,在西门子802S/C平台上扩展第四轴功能,实现数控滚齿加工和其他具有第四轴功能的复合加工,扩大该系统的适用范围。分析了国内外数控系统及齿轮加工技术的现状和发展趋势。基于圆柱齿轮的基本原理,渐开线的形成原理,斜齿轮齿廓曲面的形成原理,分析齿轮滚齿加工成形运动及其特点,论述运用“电子分齿传动”、“电子差动合成”等技术进行控制的方法。在西门子802S/C平台上构造了具有滚齿功能复合加工机床的总体方案;说明了机床的基本结构、配置及控制原理;解决西门子系统与功能扩展模块的接口:设计了基于西门子802S/C平台的数控滚齿多功能复合加工机床系统的软、硬件结构和工作原理,介绍通过系统配置使该系统可以实现对直齿、斜齿齿轮等的加工控制;设计如何以自由协议实现计算机802S/C的通讯和PLC程序传输方法。

【Abstract】 To achieve compound machining by utilizing multiple spindle NC machine tool is one of the most popular international machining technology , and it belongs to advanced manufacturing technology. Compound machining concentrates kinds of different machining technology on machine tool. In accordance with the Machine Tool Association’ s prediction, NC multiple function compound machine tool is one of the developing tendency of machine tool industry in the 21TH century and has wide prospect with increasing market demand year by year . NC machine tool confirms its important position and has been widely used in manufacture. But the ordinary NC machine tool is simply functioned and can not satisfy the requirement of NC multiple function machine tool .Although the developed countries have reported it, it can not fit the requirements of domestic medium-small enterprise owning to its high price. In intensive market competition, the medium-small enterprise engaging in machining needs new type equipment with low cost, high efficiency and machining precision and stable equality to protect themselves. Therefore , it is of great significance to research and develop a sort of multiple function NC tool.The paper discussed the machining of NC gear hobbing and compound machining of the fourth spindle which expanded the scope of its application the Siemens 802s platform. Based on peculiar technology- "CNC" (computer numerical control) system of gear machining machine tool" of Lanzhou university of Science and Technology. However, the paper utilized the self-researched impulse servo control pad including the function module, for example gear transmission, "electronic differential transmission" function frequency division ","gunlock", and etc.Meanwhile,this paper analyzed the present situation and developingtendency of domestic and abroad NC system and gear machining technology. Rased on the ultimate principle of cylinder gear and involute and oblique t.onth gear surface, it explained the motion and characteristic of gear hoboing process and discussed in detail the control methods with "electronic tooth division transmission" , electronic differential transmission" an "position control principle" .Furthermore, a total proposal was presented for compound machining machine tool with gear hobbing function on the Siemens 802s platform. The paper illustrated primary structure configuration and control principle, designed the interface between Siemens802 and self-researched impulse servo control pad ,designed the software, hardware and working principle of NC gear hobbing multiple function, compound machining machine tool on the Siemens 802S/C platform system for straight tooth and oblique tooth gear, and solved how to achieve communication between computer with 802S/C and PLC program transmission method agreement.
