柴油发电机组全数字控制系统硬件设计

【摘要】 近些年来,随着自动控制理论、微电子技术以及电力电子技术的迅速发展,许多与柴油发电机组相关的理论与技术已经应用到工程实践中,传统的模拟式控制器已逐步被性能更为优越,结构更为简单的数字式控制器所代替。 由于海洋、沙漠和陆地石油钻机全部使用柴油发电机组提供原动力,并且机组控制系统的技术提升改造成为热点工程。在此背景下,本课题主要研究对象为基于DSP芯片的柴油发电机组全数字控制系统的原理,以及控制系统硬件的设计过程和整体结构。其中主要芯片采用TI公司的16位定点DSP TMS320LF2407A,整个DSP系统具有高速的运算能力和丰富的片内外资源,能够满足柴油发电机组实时控制以及性能指标的要求,并将柴油机速度控制系统、发电机电压控制系统以及相应的装置等原先分离的系统整合为性能更为优越、更为可靠的单一系统。本课题完成了柴油发电机组控制器的硬件系统选型和电路设计,相关可编程逻辑器件的译码程序编写、验证以及基于DSP的控制器的半实物仿真实验。

【Abstract】 With the development of the theory of Automatic Control, Micro Electric technology, special integrated chips and Power Electronics technology, the application of Generator Sets control theory is widely extended in practice. Generator Sets controller is improved into Digital Controller with optimal capacity and simple structure, instead of the traditional analog controller.For there are lots of Generator Sets, which power electrically-driven rigs, used on oil platform in the country, the modification of the control system of Generator Sets is more and more. On the background, the principles of Generator Sets digitalized control system based on DSP, the whole process of design and system structure from the view of hardware design are presented in this paper. The main chip is 16-bit fixed-point DSP TMS320LF2407A specially designed for control system by TI Inc. The controller has high-performance processing capabilities, abundance on-chip and outside-chip peripherals, so that it can meet the need of Generator Sets’ real-time control and performance requirements. Integrated digital voltage regulation, digital governing, and generator set protective functions into one single control system provide enhanced reliability and performance compared to conventional control systems. The selection of the control system and its hardware design, the programming of the functions of GALs and validation of the controller based on DSP by Hardware-in-the-Loop system are accomplished in this paper.
