耐磨料磨损材料数据库及选材系统研究

【摘要】 本文主要从摩擦学的角度出发,描述了磨料磨损的一般原理以及耐磨材料的使用要求及应用范围,为耐磨料磨损材料数据库的建立提供了理论基础。介绍了现代数据库技术及其在材料领域、工程领域中的应用,为数掘库的建立提供了技术支持并指明了方向。 从非平衡系统和不可逆过程热力学出发,基于与周围环境的联系与交互作用论述了磨料磨损系统的开放性、复杂性和远离平衡态的特征。结合负熵流的分析,总结了材料磨料磨损过程不可逆的特点,其耗散性和出现耗散结构的可能性及其主要结构形式,以及耐磨材料对于外界作用的非线性响应和材料性质退化或进化的演变。在以上基础上,构筑了磨料磨损工作系统和具有多种功能的耐磨料磨损材料数据库。该数据库以磨料磨损工作系统(AWWS)为基础,采用Delphi软件建立了耐磨料磨损材料数据库系统(AWRMDS)。通过AWRMDS,用户可以输入、存储、查询和打印耐磨料磨损材料数据。该系统可以辅助用户有效地管理和选择耐磨料磨损材料。 在以上耐磨料磨损数据库工作的基础上外延,并基于如何进一步科学而合理的选材、用材考虑,针对一般工程材料,列举了工程材料选用原则、现代具体选材系统及应用实例,并在此理论基础上,建立了基于数据库的工程材料评价与选择系统。

【Abstract】 Based on the friction,the commonly principles of abrasive wear,employing requirements and applying areas are described,so the theory foundation are provided for establishing the abrasive wear resistance material database.Modern database technologies and their applyings in the fields of material and engineer are introduced,which provide the technology sustaining and direction for establishing the database.From the non-equilibrium system and thermodynamics of irreversible process,the natures of openness,complexity and far-from equilibrium are characterized.Combined with the analysis of negative entropy flow,the characteristics of irreversibility,dissipative property,and possibility of the dissipative structure and main types are concluded in abrasive wear process of material,including the non-linear response of abrasive wear resistance material on outer actions and the variation of material degeneration or material evolution.Based on the above, abrasive wear working system(AWWS)and abrasive wear resistance material database system(AWRMDS)with multiple functions are built.This database system is created by Delphi software on the basis of AWWS.The user can input,store,inquire and print the data of abrasive wear resistance materials by AWRMDS.The system can also aid the user to manage and select abrasive wear resistance materials effectively.Based on the AWRMDS,some aspects are extension,at the same time,based on how to select and use materials in a scientific and reasoning way,selection principles of engineering materials and modern materials selection system are specialized.At last, based on this database system,a selection and estimation system of engineering materials are founded.
