电液恒功率变量控制径向柱塞泵

【摘要】 本文所述以电液比例负载敏感变量径向柱塞泵为基础的恒功率控制方式主要是利用电液比例技术、负载敏感技术和计算机技术对径向柱塞变量泵进行恒功率控制,该方法完全不同于传统的控制方式,克服了传统控制方式中的结构复杂,控制精度较低的缺点,把计算机技术和电液比例负载敏感技术应用于此泵并对其进行恒功率控制,本文对恒功率系统进行理论分析,进一步讨论结构参数和工况变化对控制系统特性的影响。 本文所论述的恒功率径向柱塞泵与传统的变量径向柱塞泵相比较,它具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻等特点。 本论文从系统学出发,初步探讨了整个变量控制环节中的各个元件的设计原则和依据,对实验结果运用“DSH液压系统动态数字仿真”软件进行了仿真,得出了比较理想的结果。 本文对该恒功率变量径向柱塞变量泵做了以下新的改进: (1) 用电控制器取代普通恒功率控制阀 (2) 把负载敏感技术应用于恒功率变量泵 (3) 合理的设计控制器、比例流量阀、负载敏感阀使泵的输出流量满足N≈PQ,从而达到恒功率控制的目的。

【Abstract】 In this paper the method of simulation is mainly discussed, which aimed at the virtual experiment graphs of electro-hydraulic proportional with sensitive-load valve regulator, computer technology controlling radial piston pump system.this totally different with traditional control method, overcome tradition control structure of way complicated, Control precision low shortcoming, computer technology, electric liquid proportion technical application carry on with pump this to it control constant power.This text fill to control characteristic radial piston pump carry on theory analyse ontroi, Askcontral hydralic control constant power radial variable post that expound the fact fill in pump and traditional radial post fill in pump compare relatively originally. It has a characteristic such as being simple, light, small of structure This text sets out from variable foot-path to the systematic structure of filling in the pump of the control coanstant power. Have discussed tentatively that the whole variable controls principle and basis that each component of link is designed Using simulink aimed at the result of experiments carries out dynamic characteristic of the pump system and drown more ideal result( I )Replace with automatically controlled one ordinary to control characteristic (II )Load sensitive techanologyis is used in the control constant power radial variablepost(III)Rational design controller, proportion flow valve, load sensitive valve make output of pump flow satisfied, thus achieve control characteristic purpose that power replace with automatically controlled one ordinary to control constant power the valve
