多层钢结构住宅的技术经济分析

【摘要】 二十世纪九十年代末期,我国钢铁产量大幅增长,为建筑业用钢提供了充足的原材料储备,一种新型的居住建筑体系--钥结构体系住宅开始在我国得到越来越广泛的重视与开发研究。到目前,对该体系的研究已进入全面启动阶段,一方面各地建筑业积极参与这一新体系的研究和实践,并有了一批钢结构住宅试点和示范的建设经验和科技成果;另一方面,在建设实践中也发现了大量亟待解决的技术性问题。本论文以钢结构住宅作为研究对象,运用分类和对比的研究方法对该体系进行全面的技术经济性研究。1. 从工厂装配化程度、施工组织和效率、用钢量、适用范围、建筑造价等角度出发,对钢结构住宅用钢类型、住宅体系的选型、墙体材料及防火、构造节点等进行综合比较和分析,以便根据实际情况,择优选择。2. 针对地区间地震设防烈度的不同提出了相应的结构类型,并用计算说明结构体系的合理性和经济性。用实例论证了六度抗震地区多层住宅楼采用钢框架结构比钢框筒结构更加经济合理,以及8度抗震地区1~3层钢结构住宅,可以采用纯框架结构,6层及6层以上钢结构住宅,可以采用框架--支撑体系增大结构的刚度,满足层间水平位移和总侧移刚度的要求,并以北京赛博思金属结构有限公司开发的SBS-PSC钢结构住宅结构体系为例,说明八度抗震地区住宅采用钢框架---混凝土内筒的可行性和经济性,其结果对于多层钢结构住宅的应用推广有着很好的现实意义。3. 文中引用了数个工程实例真实有效的技术参数,对钢结构住宅的经济效益进行详细分析,全面公正地反映钢结构住宅与混凝土结构住宅之间的差异与优劣,并根据评价的结果提出钢结构住宅今后的发展方向。

【Abstract】 In the end of 1990’s, with great increasing of steel output, it provides architecture industry with ample repertory of raw and processed materials, one new pattern structural system -- steel frames system house have been widely attached importance and opened out and researched. By far, the research of this system has come generally into the phase of startup, one side this new pattern is studied and practiced by the architecture industry, some steel frames system houses have been made experiments and much constructive experience and technological production have been obtained; one the other hand, some desiderate undone technical problems have been found in practice.Steel frames system houses were considered as investigative object, through classified and contrastive investigative way, comprehensive technical research is carried through in this paper.Firstly, in allusion to constructional degree in the factory, construction structure and efficiency, using amount of steel, scope and structural cost, in this paper it was put up comprehensive compare and analyse to using type of steel in steel frames system houses, choice of residential system, wall material and fireproofing, as well as node conformation, thus, according as actual circumstances, good scheme may be selected.Secondly, in allusion to earthquake intensity in different area, some corresponding structural types were provided, at the same time, the rationality and economy of structural system were also explained by calculation. By example, it was approved that it was more rational and economic to adopt steel frames system compared with steel frames and tube structure system for multiplayer residential building in 6 degree aseismatic area. For one to three-storey residential steel building in 8 degree aseismatic area, pure frame structure may be adopted; For six to six-storey above residential steel building, in order to increase the rigidity of structure and fulfill the demand of interlayer- horizontal displacement and total lateral sway rigidity, frame structure - supporting system may be adopted. Meantime, by dint of the SBS- PSC residential steel building system that opened out by one Inc. of Peking, it has been proved that steel frame structure - concrete inner core system is feasible and economic in 8 degree aseismatic area. This result incarnates corking reality meaning for the application and generalization of multiplayer residential steel buildings.Thirdly, in this paper some actual and effective technical parameters were cited in practical projects, economic benefit of residential steel buildings was analyzed in detail, the difference and merit rating between residential steel buildings and concrete residential buildings were reflected all-around. At last, according as evaluation result, the developmental direction of residential steel buildings was put up.
