轴流式油气混输泵单个压缩级内部流场模拟与分析

【摘要】 油气混输泵作为油田中多相输送的主要工具,不但可以提高已开发油田的产量,简化生产设备,而且可以减低新开发油田的工程投资,因此,对油气混输泵的研究也越来越受到人们的重视,成为当前多相输送研究的热点。而叶轮作为混输泵的核心过流部件之一,对泵的性能有着很大的影响,对它进行研究,更有着重要的意义。本文首先介绍了油气混输泵在油田中的地位,国内外的研究状况与发展趋势,以及两相流动理论。并利用CFD技术对自行研制的YQH-100型油气混输泵的一个压缩级的流场在不同的网格划分精度下进行了计算;并对计算结果进行了定性分析,为进一步的改进工作提出了一些建议。总的来看,虽然还有很多工作要做,但YQH-100型油气混输泵的设计仍是成功的。

【Abstract】 The oil-gas transport pump, which serves as main tools for multiphase transport in the oilfield, may both increase the product for developed oilfield and reduce the investment for developing oilfield Therefore, more and more people pay their attention to the research for this kind of pump and make it to be a hotspot in multiphase transport; the impeller, as one of the most important components in the pump, have significant influence on the performance of the pump, so the research to it have high significance.At first, the thesis introduced the status of this pump in oilfield, the existing condition at home and abroad and the theory of the two-phase flow. Utilizing the techniques of CFD, the flowfield of a stage of this pump is calculated and analyzed the result, so some opinions is given for improvement.All in all, the type of pump, such as YQH-100, is a successful design, but there are still many things to do.
