汽车用温度传感器性能试验台系统的研究

【摘要】 随着温度传感器在汽车领域的广泛应用,特别是作为汽车电子控制系统的信息源,温度传感器的研究和技术的改进就显得尤为重要。因此在汽车领域中,实时、高精度地获得温度是这个领域进行深入研究的关键。汽车用温度传感器性能试验台是建立在计算机控制技术和信息检测技术的基础上,是两者有机结合的产物。本系统通过实时地检测汽车用温度传感器温度和阻值参数,并根据参数绘出各个温度点的特性曲线来进行研究的。本套系统的设计不但可以提高汽车用温度传感器技术水平,对利用计算机实现各种参数的测试,对计算机测量和控制技术在汽车领域的广泛应用提供了依据。 本文首先研究汽车用温度传感器性能试验台的结构,系统的结构是实现检测的基础。本系统通过设计电动升降臂、油箱和油路循环系统来实现系统的检测。并论述了电动升降臂、油路系统和热敏式电阻传感器的构造,并对检测精度进行了误差分析,保证整个系统在计算机及单片机的控制下,具有很高的检测精度。控制系统是整个试验台的核心,为此,本文设计了电动升降臂控制系统和温度控制系统。对电动升降臂,本文采用了自动与手动两种控制方式,并阐述了两种方式的控制原理,为系统的整机运行提供了保障;而温度控制系统除了起测量温度及温敏电阻的阻值作用外,还具有控制测量过程、调节和控制温度等功能。在此温度控制系统中采用一种模糊PID控制技术,较好的解决了其他控制方式难以解决的温度超调问题,使整个试验得以顺利进行,大大提高了温度控制精度。计算机检测技术是当前应用较广泛的技术,利用计算机和硬件接口 (动态链接库),采用交互式VB语言,在计算机上建立用户界面,在界面上通过对按钮的控制,实现对所有程序乃至整个系统的控制。即实现温度传感器的数据采集、温度的设定以及对电动升降臂的自动控制,并利用VB图形控件实现绘图和实时比较,以便于分析和研究。汽车用温度传感器性能试验台通过了整机运行和调试阶段后,对<WP=72>实验数据及其曲线分析可知,汽车用温度传感器性能试验台基本满足测试此类传感器性能的要求,且证明了温度及电阻的检测值均在误差允许范围之内,其智能化设计可以大大减少测试所需投入的人力和时间,系统运行可靠,整个系统的设计合理、成功,完全可以进行实用化阶段。本系统的设计对改善和提高车辆用温度传感器性能具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 With the extensive application of temperature transducer used in Automobile, especially used as the information source of car electronics control system, the research and technical improvement of temperature transducer seem to be particularly for importance. So that is in car realm, real time and the high accuracy acquires the temperature is the key to go deep into investigative in Automobile. Performance of temperature transducer used in car realm test system embodies the technology of computer control, information detect. The research for this system to pass real time detect the temperature transducer with temperature and resistance, and draw the characteristic curve of the each temperature according to the parameter. The design of this system can improve not only the temperature transducer technique, but also provide with evidental documents to realize the test of all kinds of parameters make use of the computer, and the technology of computer control the extensive application in car realm.Firstly we study the construction of the system, it is the basis to realize the measure and control. In this system we design the electric elevator, gasoline tank and the circulatory system to examine the system, discuss how to design and how to manufacture them, and proceed to analyse the examination accuracy.The control system is the core for test-bed, for this, this text design the control system of the electric elevator and the control system of the temperature. To the electric elevator, we use the auto and manual method of control, combine control principle of two kinds of methods, it provides guarantee for <WP=74>whole line of the system. While in addition to measure the temperature and the resistance, the control system of the temperature still controls process, regulate and control temperature etc. In the control system of the temperature here, we introduce a kind of fuzzy PID control technique, which resolving the temperature of the hard solution in method in other control the super adjusting the problem goodly, making whole on trial can smoothly progress, increases the temperature control the accuracy.Make use of the interface technique of computer and hardware, apply Visual Basic language, establish the customer interface on the computer screen, push the control button, realize to control all procedures and the whole system. Namely we realize to collect the data of temperature transducer, enactment of the temperature, the auto control of the electric elevator and use the picture box of VB to hatch so that we can compare, analyze and research.After debugging and operating dynamic character parameter of the test system, we analyze the error of the experimental result and prove that experiment data and curves are in the range of permission. The design of the whole system can reduce to test manpower for needing devotion consumedly with time, the system circulates dependable. The design of the whole system is reasonable and successive, and can proceed the practical stage completely. It is of great importance to study how improve and increase the technique of temperature transducer.
