吉林省天然矿泉水资源管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 吉林省由于其独特的自然地理、地质及水文地质条件,矿泉水资源质优量大。矿泉水资源是一种宝贵的可更新的自然资源,在满足人们生活需要和发展吉林省经济方面发挥了重要作用。为了更好地开发和保护矿泉水资源,必须加强矿泉水资源的科学管理。对矿泉水资源不仅要开发和利用,而且要管理和保护,只有这样才能使矿泉水资源产生最佳的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益,并实现可持续发展。为此,吉林省国土资源厅立项开发研制“吉林省天然矿泉水资源管理信息系统”。本研究项目由吉林大学作为项目承担单位,吉林省国土资源厅作为协作单位,双方联合开发合作完成。 本系统以地理信息系统(GIS)作为基础技术支撑平台,首先开发运用了 GIS 所具有的对于空间定位数据进行管理的通用功能。对于用户的某些特殊要求,而 GIS 又不具备的功能,则通过 Visual Basic (VB)编写特定的代码程序来实现这些特殊功能。通过开发 GIS 的通用功能与运用 VB 编程实现的特殊功能镶嵌集成,实现了本系统强大的整体功能。此外,本系统还运用了 Premiere 5.0 和 Photoshop 6.0 等多个软件,使本系统又具有多媒体功能。从而构建了功能强大、实用快捷的天然矿泉水资源管理信息系统。 本系统开发过程采用了“快速原型化”的系统开发方法。“快速原型化”是指投入少量的人力、物力,尽快建立一个原始模型,使用户及时看到系统的概貌和初步的使用效果,据此提出改进意见;然后开发人员进一步修改,使之渐趋完善。如此经过多次修改,直到得到一个用户比较满意的系统为止。 本系统具有内容丰富的多项功能。其中包括: 1、热链接属性查看功能。在具有矿泉分布的电子地图上,用户可以通过“标识”工具,实现对于各个矿泉的属性热链接。当用户在电子地图上单击任一个矿泉点时,与这个矿泉有关的各项属性就全部显示在屏幕上,实现了“即点即现”。这些属性包括矿泉的名称、位置、矿泉类型、 60<WP=67>摘 要化学成分、允许开采量、勘察单位、开发单位等,共 51 项属性。 2、强大的查询检索功能。本系统具有多属性任意值域的复合查询功能,查询检索范围覆盖吉林省内所有的矿泉及其属性。查询的策略有两个,即单条件查询和多条件复合查询。单条件查询指通过某一个矿泉的序号或名称来查询该矿泉的所有属性,这种查询方法要求给出的查询条件与实际矿泉的序号或名称完全一致,所以又称为精确查询。多条件复合查询是指用户可以给出多个属性条件要求,并且每个属性条件还有各自不同的值域要求,系统会立即查询检索出符合查询条件的所有矿泉,并将它们的属性信息全部显示在屏幕上,用户既可以在屏幕上看,还可以对属性信息进行选择打印输出。此外,系统还可以查询与矿泉水有关的其它信息,如国家、吉林省以及矿泉水行业的有关政策法规等。 3、丰富多彩的多媒体功能。用户对任意想看的矿泉点,只要用鼠标轻轻点击,就可以弹出该矿泉的文字说明、照片和视频录像。使用户在轻松愉悦的氛围中了解矿泉信息。 4、选择打印输出功能。系统可以对任意屏幕显示结果进行打印,又可以进行选择打印。选择打印是指,用户在查询的过程中,可能对某一个矿泉比较感兴趣,需要将该矿泉的所有属性都打印输出;也可能在查询检索后,仅仅对查询出来的矿泉中的某几项属性比较感兴趣,而不想把这些矿泉的所有属性都输出。这时,系统给用户提供了一个选择界面,用户可以任意挑选自己需要的属性项及其顺序进行打印输出。 5、对电子地图的控制功能。包括图层的选择、地图放缩、地图漫游、全图显示及“鹰眼”功能。 本系统开发运用了多个软件。包括运用 MapGIS6.5、ArcView3.3、ArcMap 和 ArcTools 建立地图数据库和属性数据库;运用图像处理软件Photoshop 6.0 处理图片,用影像处理软件 Premiere 5.0 辅助处理影像资料,建立了多媒体数据库;运用 VB 编程实现了用户需要的某些特定功能。 本系统的特色有以下几个方面: 1、通过单条件查询和多条件复合查询实现了用户对矿泉属性信息的精确查询和模糊查询。在模糊查询中,实现了多个属性条件任意值域的复合查询,满足了用户多样化的查询要求。 2、通过多个软件联合运用,实现了丰富多彩的多媒体功能。用户对 61<WP=68>摘 要想查看的任意矿泉点,只要用鼠标轻轻点击,就可以弹出该矿泉的文字说明、照片和视频录像,操作非常简单。 3、本系统不仅实现了对于单个矿泉所有属性的打印,还实现了对符合查询条件的多个矿泉的任意项属性的选择打印输出。 这些技术特色在以往的天然矿泉水资源管理信息系统中尚未见到。 总之,本系统的研制开发将吉林省大量的矿泉数据信息输入到系统之中,并对原始数据进行了编辑整理,建立了吉林省天然矿泉水信息的电子文档。综合开发利用了多个商业软件的功能和特长,并且运用 VB 编写了特定的程序代码,使系统具有强大的查询功能、丰富的多媒体功能和实用的连机打印功能。实现了对于吉林

【Abstract】 Mineral water resources in Jinlin province has a high quality and greatquantity due to its physically geographic, geological and hydrogeologicalconditions, which plays an important role in meeting demands of people’s lifeand developing economy. Scientific management of water resources must bestrengthened in order to develop and protect water resources in a better degree.We not only exploit and utilize it, but manage and protect it, only in this waycan we make it produce the best economical, environmental and social benefitand realize its sustainable development. Department of Land and Resources ofJilin province set a project“Natural Mineral Water Resources ManagementInformation System in Jilin Province”, this project is completed with Jilinuniversity as undertaking department and Department of Land and Resourcesof Jilin province as assistant . The system takes GIS as a basically technique supportive platform.Firstly, it develops GIS’ universal function of managing the spatialorientation data. Secondly, some especial functions that users demand but GISdoesn’t possess are accomplished by writing specific code in VB. Then apowerfully comprehensive function is realized after integrating the above two.In addition, the system applies Premiere 5.0, Photoshop 6.0 and other softwares,which makes it has a multimedia function. Thus a powerful and fast naturalmineral water resources management information system is established. “Rapid prototyping” is applied to the system’s development, whichmeans inputting a small quantity of manual efforts, material resources, buildingan original model which makes users read its general picture and primary effectand providing modificative advice, then the researcher make it perfect, herein asatisfactory system is achieved after repetitious work. This system has many functions as follows. Firstly, the system has a identify function, users can see each mineral’sattribute through “mark” tool on the electronic map. When users click any 63<WP=70>ABSTRACTmineral spring point, all attributes related are displayed on the screen, whichincludes the name, position, type, chemical component, allowable exportation,exploration department, development department, and so on, all together is 51items. Secondly, it has a powerful query and search function. The system has afunction of multiple attributes of any range which spreads all the mineralspring and its attributes. There are two methods to query, single and multiplecondition query, the former refers to querying all the attributes through theserial number or the name of a mineral spring, which demands that the givenquery condition is accordant to the practical mineral’s number or name.Therefore, it’s also called precise query. Multiple condition query means thatusers can offer many conditions with different range. The system will query allmineral springs meeting query conditions and display their attributeinformation on the screen. Users can read and print the information. In addition,the system can query other information related to mineral spring, such asnational, provincial and industrial policies and statutes. Thirdly, it has a colorful multimedia function. Users can click the mineralspring point and read the description picture and video record, which makesusers acquainted with the mineral information in a pleasant atmosphere. Fourthly, it has a function of selectively printing and outputting. Thesystem can print any result on the screen, also can print selectively whichmeans user can print the attribute in which they have interests or all theattribute of a single mineral spring. Finally, it has a function of controlling electronic map, which includesselecting map layer, expanding and contracting map, map browsing, full mapdisplay and “eagle eye” function.
