石灰湿式烟气脱硫工艺系统运行参数研究与优化

【摘要】 湿法烟气脱硫作为一种相对较成熟、脱硫效率较高的脱硫技术,得到了广泛的应用。但是,由于其操作相对复杂,运行参数的选择对系统效率影响很大,而且如果选择不恰当,还会导致结垢、腐蚀等现象,所以尚不能被我国一般电厂和工业锅炉所接受。因此,研究运行参数对脱硫效率的具体影响,以及如何解决结垢、“白烟”等系统问题已显得非常重要。本文正是以此为目的对吸收液入口PH值、温度、液气比及烟气二氧化硫浓度等因素对脱硫效率的影响进行了相应的理论和实验研究。 为使石灰湿法脱硫技术在我国得到更加广泛以及更好的应用。太原理工大学暖通教研室开发了一种新型的脱硫除尘一体化装置——多级碰撞冷凝器,综合利用多种吸收机理,并首次提出了对吸收液进行强制冷却,实践已证明不但可消除“白烟”,更可大幅度提高脱硫效率。本文实验即运用多级碰撞冷凝器,得出了大量的数据,并对数据进行综合分析,运用辨识 太原理工大学硕士研究生学位论文的方法建立了系统的多输入单输出效率预测模型。 美国Math认勺rks公司1 984年推出的数值计算软件MATLAB由于其强大的计算功能、图形表达功能等特点在国内己被广泛应用于教学和科研。MATLAB现已成为国际上公认的最优秀的数值计算和仿真分析软件。因为这些特点,本文运用MATLAB的统计工具对系统建立模型,在GUI设计工具平台上编写了方便使用的用户操作界面,并结合系统运行能耗运用MATLAB的优化工具箱对运行参数进行了效率单目标优化和能耗与效率结合的多目标优化。

【Abstract】 Lime wet flue gas desulfiirization(WFGD)technology with high desulfiirization efficiency is being applied widely for coal-fired Power Plant all over the world.Whereas, because the complexity in operation and the influence that operating parameter have on the system efficiency is so heavy that the unfit parameter can bring on the serious system malfunction such as the scaling and cauterization problems, so the technology can not be accepted by our consumer. Therefore, the research in operating parameter and the ways to resolve the cauterization and " white smoke"...etc. have the special signific -ance. To solve the problems, the thesis places the emphases on the academic and practical investigation of the effects of pH value, temperature, liquid-to-gas ratio, inlet S02 concentrations on removal efficiency.As to pushing wet desulfurization to be developed in ourcountry, HVAC instructional research department of tai yuan university of technology brought forward the view to cooling the absorption compulsively for the first time before and had developed a new dust collection and desulfurization equipment, multilevel collision condenser, which using the multi-mechanism and has been approved is high-powered through the practice. In the experiment using the condenser penman receive the large numbers of data, through which establish the mathematical model of the system in the way of numerical value analyzing.The number calculation software MATLAB that was released by The United States Math Works company in 1984 has been extensively applicated in the teaching and scientific research because of its mighty calculating function and sketch expressing function etc. Nowadays, It is widely accepted the MATLAB is the best software for number calculating and analyzing. Based on these characteristicses, penman use MATLAB to accomplish the establishing the system model and optimizing operating parameter.
