物化型软岩改性的基础研究

【摘要】 物化型软岩主要是由于粘土类岩石在水或风化作用下,岩体质量持续恶化而形成的一类工程软岩。它与矿业工程、岩土工程、水利水电工程和地铁建造等重大工程建设息息相关,对地下坑道、隧洞、大坝和边坡工程等的稳定性起着控制作用,对工程所造成的破坏及其经济损失是难以估量的。物化性软岩的改性研究是解决这些重大工程问题的基础,具有重大的理论价值和实用价值。 本文详细论述了物化型软岩(高岭石、蒙脱石、伊利石)的成因、X射线衍射特征、晶体结构特征和表面性质、化学成分与作用以及水理特性等,论述了表面活性剂的概念与分类、表面活性剂的结构、性质以及结构与性质之间的关系、表面活性剂对表面润湿作用的影响机理、硅酸盐水泥浆材的主要成分及特性。在此基础上阐明了硅系表面活性剂对水泥的改性机理和改性水泥浆材对软岩的改性机理。 最后,本文就主要内容及相关结论和创新之处进行了总结,并对后续研究工作的重点提出了建议。

【Abstract】 The physic and chemical soft rock is a kind of soft rock in engineering, which mainly stems from clay rock. Under the effect of water and weathering, the rock mass quality of clay rock, becomes bad. After lasting depravation, the physical and chemical soft rock is produced finally. Mining engineering, geotechnical. engineering, water resources and hydropower engineering, subway engineering, and other important engineering are all connected with physical and chemically soft rock, which controls stability of underground saps, tunnels, large dams, rock-slop engineering, and etc. Also, it has resulted in many engineering failures and economic losses. Solution to these important engineering problems are based on the study of modification about physical chemical soft rock, so the study of modification about physical chemical soft rock will be of great theoretical value and practical use.Genesis, X-ray diffraction characteristics, Crystal structure characteristics, surface properties, chemical composition and function, hydrolytic weakening properties ,of physical and chemical soft rock (Kaolinite, Montmorillorite, Illite) have been described in detail in this paper. The concept and classification, structure, properties, relationship between structure and properties, of surfactant have been described, too. The surface wetting function mechanism under the effect of Surfactant, main components and characters of Portland cement paste, have been expounded. Based on these, the following modification mechanisms are systematically expounded: (D modification mechanism of Portland cement under the effect of silicone surfactant; (2) modification mechanism of physical and chemical soft rock under the effect of modified cement paste.Finally, main contents, relevant conclusions and innovations have been concluded, emphases of ongoing research works are proposed.
