压型钢板—混凝土组合连续楼板受力性能研究

【摘要】 本文着重研究了压型钢板—混凝土组合连续楼板的承载力、挠度计算以及弯矩调幅。文中提出了双跨连续组合板承载力计算的分析模型,并采用普通钢筋混凝土方法对组合板进行了极限承载力计算,提出组合板在计算极限承载力时不宜按压型钢板全截面屈服的观点。本文还提出了组合连续楼板的挠度计算方法,并给出了对称集中线荷载作用下的计算公式。 为验证本文观点,我们采用中澳合资生产的BONLOK-2W压型钢板设计了5个不同截面高度、不同混凝土强度和不同负弯矩钢筋数量的压型钢板—混凝土组合连续楼板足尺试件,进行了跨中对称集中线荷载下的试验,取得了较为翔实可靠的数据。通过整理分析,对组合连续楼板的受力性能作出了评价。试验结果表明组合板在承载力极限状态时压型钢板并非全截面屈服,而本文采用的承载力分析模型和方法是可行的,其计算结果与实测值吻合良好。挠度计算结果也与实测挠度较好地吻合,证明了本文挠度计算方法的可行性和准确性。最后根据对连续组合楼板弯矩调幅的讨论,文中提出了组合连续板合适的调幅范围。

【Abstract】 This paper had a special study on the continues-floors composed with cold-formed steel deck and concrete. The main contents include: the capacity of composite floors, the calculation of deflection, and the redistribution of bending moments. A study model on the capacity of the composed section is presented in this paper. Using the conception of the common reinforced concrete, the paper gives the theoretical results of the capacity. With the analysis and the theoretical results, the paper presents that the section of steel deck should not be all accounted when we analysis the capacity of the composed section. The paper also presents a new method on the deflection calculating of the composite floors, and gives a formulation of the composite continues-floors under the loads distributed across the mid-span section.In order to prove the points given in this paper, using the B0NLOK-2W cold-formed steel deck, we made five composite continues-floors in real size. The five composite continues-floors different in the section-height, the concrete-strength, and the number of reinforce resisting the negative moment. Under the loads distributed across the mid-span section, we tested the floors. In the tests the detailed and trustworthy data was obtained. With the experimental results the paper gives the commentary on the properties of the composite continues-floors. The Tests showed that the steel deck did not all yield, and proved the model and the method used in this paper are practical, for the tested results agree to the calculating ones. The Tests also proved that the method on the deflection calculating of the composite floors is feasible and accurate. In its last section, according to the discussion of the redistribution of the bending moments, the paper gives an acceptable redistribution factor of the composite continues-floors.
