基于故障树分析法与模糊理论的汽车制动系统故障诊断研究

【摘要】 故障树分析法(FTA)是较为适合于复杂系统的故障分析方法。本文从汽车故障诊断的应用角度出发,将故障树分析法与模糊数学相结合,解决传统的故障树分析法无法解决的汽车故障诊断中的不确定性问题以及复杂系统发生故障时的多故障现象,故障原因与故障现象之间存在的交叉关系。介绍了故障树分析法的基本特点和步骤,研究了故障树定性、定量分析的矩阵算法。将故障树按规则矩阵化,将大量的字符处理转化为矩阵运算,避开了树的遍历和树状结构给计算机存储带来的困难,解决了因字符处理而影响计算机处理速度的矛盾。在模糊故障诊断选择底事件模糊概率方面,本文提出了优先选择模糊数模型的特点,阐明运用线性模糊概率取代精确的概率值的理由。将模糊决策原理和故障树分析法中的重要度分析法相结合,提出用FV重要度确定隶属度,构造模糊矩阵的思想,并通过严格的数学理论加以证明,有效地提高了模糊矩阵构造质量和效率,进一步拓宽了故障树分析法的应用领域。基于故障树分析理论,研制了故障树分析系统(CAFTA)。简单介绍了汽车气压双管路制动系统,对其失效模式和故障原因、失效后果及影响进行了分析。运用研制的故障树分析系统(CAFTA)对某型汽车制动系统的制动功能失常数障树进行了分析,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 The FTA is the one that is more fit for the complicated system. In this thesis, combining the FTA with the fuzzy theory, the uncertainty problem that cannot be solved with the traditional FTA in the automobile fault diagnosis, the multi-fault phenomenon that faults take place in complex system and the intersectional relation between fault omens and fault reasons is solved. The basic trait and step of the FTA are introduced, and the matrix algorithm of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of fault tree are also studied. Transforming the fault tree into the fault matrix according rules, changing the tree structure into the data structure and converting the symbol processing into matrix computation can easily store the information of the fault tree in computer and efficiently improve analysising speed. In the bottom event, the concept of the basic condition in the priority of selecting the fuzzy number model is brought forward, and traits of the fuzzy number model is analyzed and compared. The reason that the accurate probability is replaced with the probability of linear fuzzy number is elucidated. Combining the Fuzzy Decision-making theory with the analysis method of the interested degree in fault tree analysis, the ideas of ensuring the membership degree with the interested degree and establishing fuzzy matrix is put forward, and is testified with the stringent mathematic theory. Therefore, the efficiency and quantity of fuzzy matrix establishment is improved, and further the field of application of fault tree analysis is developed. Based on the fault tree analysis theory, the CAFTA is manufactured. The automobile’s dual atmospheric circuit brake system is simply introduced, and it’s fault mode and reason, fault reasult and effect are also analyzed. Apply the manufactured CAFTA , the fault tree that is out of order in braking system is analyzed. The result is preferable.
