广西矿业可持续发展研究——广西矿产资源的可持续利用

【摘要】 矿产资源的可持续利用将直接决定着一个国家或地区的经济实力和发展潜力。研究矿产资源可持续利用将为矿产资源的合理开发、矿山开发投资决策、矿业经济区划以及国民经济建设中矿产资源战略的选择与规划提供重要的决策依据。 本文运用资源承载力法和层次分析法建立了广西矿产资源开发利用的可持续发展数学模型,运用相关系数分析、线性回归方程预测和线性回归方程控制等方法对广西18种主要矿产资源的供需状况进行了预测;在此基础上从矿产资源承载力的角度出发,对广西矿业的可持续发展力进行动态量化分析,得出了广西18种主要矿产资源的资源人口承载力和资源经济承载力指标;论文通过优化比较分析,从这18种矿产中,选取资源承载力较强且对广西矿业发展起重要作用的8种矿产资源:锰、锡、铝、铅、锌、锑、滑石、高岭土,综合考虑资源状况、市场需求、环境影响、对社会贡献等几方面因素,运用层次分析法的原理,建立了这8矿产可持续发展静态评价模型,用以评判这8种重要矿产资源可持续发展能力和排序这8种优势矿产资源可持续发展的优劣次序,并将此评判结果作为矿业可持续发展决策重要依据。根据层次分析法数学模型计算,得到广西矿业可持续发展力较好的优势矿产资源先后次序为:高岭土、锡、锰、滑石、铝、铅锌、锑。广西人学硕l一学位论文摘要 最后,本文认为广西矿业可持续发展的关键是合理开发、有效利用、加强管理、区域优势资源互补;矿业可持续发展要走一种开放的、节约的、科技推动的、协调发展的战略模式。

【Abstract】 The sustainability of mineral resources directly determines economic strength and constant development potentiality of a country and region. The quantitative research on sustainable mineral resources will provide important guidelines for the reasonable development of mineral resources, mine development, investment decision, mining industry economic zoning and mineral resources choice. It also will offer important decision basis to plan the strategy in the national economic construction.This paper predict the supply and demand of the main mineral resources in Guangxi mining and qualify the sustainability of bearing capacity of mineral resource in Guangxi through two kinds of sustainable development mathematic models(bearing capacity of mineral resource and analytical hierarchy process) and the analysis of correlation, linear regression equation, I draw conclusion of human bearing capacity and economic bearing capacity index systems about 18 kinds mineral resource.From above-mentioned data, I can find out contribution degree of society and national economy in Guangxi and sustainability sequence. I choose 8 kinds of mineral resources playing animportant role to the development of mining industry of Guangxi, that is, tin, aluminum, lead & zinc, antimony, talc, kaolin (considering the situations, for example adopting, selecting and processing etc. I consider lead & zinc as a whole) .1 evaluate the important role of the 8 important mineral resources by using hierarchy approach. I regard it as guideline decisive basis for evaluating mining sustainable development. Through the mathematic models of hierarchy approach, I think the priority of mineral resources which should be paid more attention to are kaolin, manganese, talc, aluminium, plumbous & zinc, tin and antimony.Finally, this paper proposes that the key to sustainable development of Guangxi mining is the reasonable exploitation, effectively utilization, strengthening management and compensated resources. The strategy of mining sustainable development should be open, economizing, promoted by science and technology, oriented to sustainable development.
