【摘要】 本文通过对我国实行对外开放政策以来广西利用外商直接投资的历史概况以及现状进行分析，并通过与中国利用外资成绩显著的东南沿海省份福建省和位于中西部地区的湖南、湖北、陕西、四川以及福州、成都、长沙等市进行比较研究，总结出广西利用外资存在的主要问题并指出广西投资环境落后，特别是投资软环境落后是广西可扩大利用外资规模的瓶颈。 本文共分为五部分，第一部分为绪论，说明本文的研究对象、目的和研究方法，并介绍论文选题的背景和意义以及论文创新之处。第一章对广西利用外资的历史以及现状进行分析，指出广西利用外资的不足之处。第二章是本文的理论基础，介绍国际上几个有关投资环境的重要理论并简要介绍国内理论界对投资环境的研究情况。第三章是本文的重点，从经济环境、行政环境、公共服务环境、政策法制环境和自然地理环境五大方面对广西投资环境进行分析评估，把重点放在投资软环境的分析上。这一章通过与六省在投资环境建设方面的相关做法进行比较分析，找出广西投资环境存在的不足。第四章是在第三章分析评价基础上针对广西投资环境存在的问题给出改善的对策，指出改善投资环境的关键在于政府。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the historical and current situation of using FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) in Guangxi, and comparison that with more developed eastern coastal areas, this thesis points out that poor environment climate (soft climate especially) has become a bottleneck in the utilization of FDI in Guangxi. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part gives a brief introduction on the background and practical meaning of this thesis. The first chapter elaborates the overall situation of Guangxi’s use of FDI. The second chapter lays out the theoretical foundation for the thesis. The third chapter analyses the investment environment of Guangxi in five parts, including economic environment, administrative environment, pubic service environment, policies and law environment, natural environment. The last chapte’r points out that the Government should act as a leading role in improving the enviornment climate of Guangxi, and puts forward countermeasure of improvement.更多还原
