氮磷钾对彩色甜椒产量和品质效应的研究

【摘要】 本试验以凯肯(Bruninsama)彩色甜椒为试验材料,采用“311-A”最优混合设计,研究氮磷钾对产量与品质的效应,建立相应的回归方程,并根据不同的生产目标,利用电脑软件模拟出不同的最优施肥方案。 研究表明: (1) 三种元素对产量主效应大小次序为K>P>N,对Vc含量主效应大小次序为K>N>P,对总糖含量主效应大小次序为K>N>P,对干物质含量主效应大小次序为N>K>P,对硝酸盐含量主效应大小次序为N>K>P; (2) 三种元素对产量交互效应大小次序为NK>NP>PK,对Vc含量交互效应大小次序为NP>NK>PK,对总糖含量交互效应大小次序为NK>NP>PK,对于物质含量交互效应大小次序为NK>PK>NP,对硝酸盐含量交互效应大小次序为NP>NK>PK; (3) 三种元素边际产量大小次序为K>P>N,Vc边际含量大小次序为N>K>P,总糖边际含量大小次序为P>K>N,干物质边际含量大小次序为N>P>K,硝酸盐边际含量大小次序为P>K>N; (4) 不同的处理组合对彩色甜椒的胡萝卜素、叶绿素、全氮、全磷、全钾的效应没有达到显著水平,但单施氮肥与彩色甜椒的全氮、全钾呈显著线性相关。 (5) 产量、VC含量、总糖含量、干物质含量、硝酸盐含量及综合目标最优组合为(kg/666.7m2):N 50.00、P2O5 19.37、K20 60.00,N 39.88、P2O5 15.60、K2O 47.19,N 49.03、P2O5 16.15、K2O 60.00,N 44.99、P2O5 13.37、K2O 60.00,N 27.43、P2O5 18.65、K2O 22.20,N 49.63、P2O5 16.14、K2O 58.65。

【Abstract】 This experiment studied the effects of N,P,K on yield and quality of color sweet pepper by means of the "311-A" optimization compound design .The regression equations of the relation with N,P,K and the effects on yield and quality were established. Different optimum combinations of N ,P ,K were established according to different targets by the software on computer.The results were showed as follow:(l)In terms of main effect on yield, the three kinds of fertilizers were showed in the order as K>P>N.To the content of Vc and total sugar were in the order as K>N>P.But to the contents of dry matter and nitrate were in the order as N>K>P.(2)The interactive effects on yield of N,P,K was in the order as NK>NP>PK,and to the content of Vc and nitrate were NP>NK>PK,but to the content of total sugar was showed in the order as NK>NP>PK,and to content of dry matter was NK>PK>NP.(3)In terms of effect on boundary yield, the three kinds of fertilizers were showed in a decreasing order. i.e.K>P>N, and N>K>P on boundary content of Vc. But the effect P>K>N on boundary content of total sugar,and nitrate was in the same time,the effect on boundary content ofdry matter was N>P>K.(4)The effects of different combination of N,P,K fertilizer on carotene, chlorophyll and N,P,K in fruits of color sweet pepper were not significant.The content of total N and total K of color sweet pepper would increase with N high supply.(5)The optimum combination of N, P, K fertilizer on yield, content ofVc , total sugar, dry matter, nitrate ,and synthesizing targets were(kg/666.7m2) N 50.00, P2O51937, K2O 60.00, N 39.88, P2O515.60, K2O 47.19,N 49.03 , P2O516.15, K2O 60.00, N 4459, P2O513.37, K2O 60.00, N 27.43, P2O518.65,K2O 22.20, N49.63, P2O516.14, K2O 58.65.
