改性膨润土处理糖蜜酒精废水的研究

【摘要】 膨润土是一种含水铝硅酸盐粘土矿物,由于具有一些特殊的物理化学性能,被人们广泛地应用于工农业生产中。近年来,人们发现改性膨润土能够取代活性炭吸附处理废水,尤其是对有机废水具有良好的处理效果。膨润土及改性产品在废水处理中的应用得到了广大环保工作者的关注与开发。 广西膨润土资源丰富,开发研制其改性产品并推广应用具有很高的实际价值。此外,广西轻化行业发达,有机废水排放量大、污染严重,开发膨润土并用于此类废水处理具有广阔的应用前景。鉴于上述目的,本论文进行了这一方面的研究。 实验第一部分在本课题组前期工作基础上以广西宁明膨润土为原料,制备了钠化膨润土、有机膨润土并吸附脱色处理了糖蜜酒精废水。实验结果表明,有机膨润土对废水具有很高的脱色能力,脱色率达到80%。改性膨润土对废水有机污染物的吸附符合Freundich模型和单分子层Langmuir模型。有机膨润土处理100 mL糖蜜酒精废水的工艺条件为:有机膨润土投加量W为5g,处理体系pH值为9,吸附温度为30℃,吸附时间为30 min。广西大学硕士学位论文改性膨润土处理糖蜜酒精废水的研究 实验第二部分以铁交联膨润土作为芬顿反应的固体催化剂催化吸附处理了糖蜜酒精废水。实验表明,固体催化吸附剂克服了传统均相催化剂的缺点,并且对废水的处理能力大大提高,得到了铁交联膨润土一H瓜催化氧化吸附处理loomL糖蜜酒精废水的优化工艺条件,即废水PH值为4.2一4.5、交联膨润土投加量Wcat为1 19、处理温度为40℃、过氧化氢投加量VoZoZ为7 .smL、处理时l’ed为7h。 最后,本论文对生化氧化一膨润土吸附处理废液工艺进行了可行性分析。

【Abstract】 Bentonite is an aqueous aluminosilicate clay mineral. As it has some special physical and chemical properties, it is widely used in industrial and agricultural production. Recently, the modified bentonite is substituted for the activated carbon in wastewater treatment, and especially in organic wastewater treatment. The application of bentonite and modified bentonite in wastewater treatment has been emphasized and investigated by environmentalists.There is abundance storage of bentonite in Guangxi Province. Research of modified bentonite and development of it’s application are of highly practical importance. Moreover, the light and chemical industry is prosperous in Guangxi, while large amount of organic wastewater is discharged and cause serious pollution. So there is a perspective application of modified bentonite in organic wastewater treatment. In view of reasons said above, the study on treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater by modified bentonite had been carried out in this paper.Based on our early work, Na-bentonite and organobentonite wereprepared, and both two kinds of modified bentonite were used to treat the molasses alcohol wastewater. The experiment results show that the organobentonite has a high ability of adsorption and decoloration for the wastewater, and the decolouring ratio can reach 80%. The adsorption behaviour of molasses alcohol wastewater can be well represented by freundich model and monolayer Langmuir model. The feasible treating conditions of molasses alcohol wastewater by organobentonite are obtained as follows: organobentonite concentration is 5g, pH value is 9, adsorption temperature is 30 C, adsorption time is 30 min for 100mL alcohol wastewater.Catalytic oxidation and adsorption process for the molasses alcohol wastewater was also investigated by using the Fe-pillared bentonite as catalyst of Fenton reaction. The experimental results show that the disadvantages of traditional homogeneous catalysis were eliminated and the treatment effect had been improved effectively. The optimal treatment conditions are obtained as follows: pH value is about 4.2-4.5, amount of Fe-pillared bentonite added is 11g, temperature is 40 C, amount of H2O2 added is 7.5mL, and treatment time is 7h for 100mL alcohol wastewater.At last, the feasibility of the modified bentonite in biochemical oxidation-adsorption treatment for molasses wastewater had been given in the paper.
