氯酸钾对龙眼成花调控机理的初步研究

【摘要】 分别于2002年11月和12月对龙眼品种大乌圆进行了不同用量(0kg,0.25kg,0.5kg,0.75kg.1kg/每棵树)的土施氯酸钾处理,研究了氯酸钾对龙眼树体若干生理指标及成花状况、果实品质的影响,结果表明:在使用氯酸钾后一到两个月内 1.叶片含氮量有所提高,而K、P的含量降低。 2.氯酸钾的施用,降低了叶片钙含量,对镁的含量无规律性影响。 3.氯酸钾降低了叶片可溶性糖含量。 4.施用氯酸钾提高了龙眼顶芽IPA、ABA、ZTR的含量,降低了GA3的含量,从而降低了IPA/ABA,GA/ZTR,GA3/ABA的比值,促进了成花。 在本次试验中,氯酸钾的使用,提前了龙眼的花期,提高了植株成花率和花穗质量,但降低了果实的单果重与可溶性固型物含量,对可食率无明显影响。

【Abstract】 Treated Longan(cv. Dawuyuan) with potassium chlorate by soil application in different amount (Okg,0.25kg,0.5kg,0.75kg, 1kg per tree)and different time(November , December ). The effects of potassium chlorate on Longan’s certain physiological items , flowering and the quality of fruit were studied. One month or longer after treated the result shows that:1. The N content of leaves was highter than that of untreated trees, while contents of P,K were lower compared with untreated trees.2. Soil application with kclos reduced the Ca content in leaves, but have no effect on the content of Mg.3. Soluble -Carohydrate was lower in the leaves of treated trees than those of untreated.4. Stem-apexes of treated trees have higher content of ABA, IPA, ZTR than untreated trees , while the content of GA3 was lower compared with untreated trees, furthermore ,the ratio of IPA/ABA, GA/ZTR, GA3/ABA were decreased and resulted in promoting Longan flower bud differentiation .The blossom time of treated tree was earlier than untreated trees. The percentage of blossom trees and the quality of panicles were improved by using potassium chlorate . However, both of the soluble solid substance and fruit mean weigh were decreased .No negative effect was observed on the percentage of eatable part of fruit.
