三十烷醇、维生素B1和磷酸二氢钾对草菇产量和品质的效应研究

【摘要】 采用“311-A”最优混合设计,研究三十烷醇、维生素B1、磷酸二氢钾不同配比对草菇菌丝生长,子实体产量和品质的效应,研究结果如下: 1、适当浓度的三十烷醇、维生素B1、磷酸二氢钾可以促进草菇菌丝的生长,缩短发菌时间;提高草菇产量,提高草菇干品中蛋白质含量和鲜草菇维生素C的含量,改善品质。 2、适当配比的三十烷醇、维生素B1、磷酸二氢钾能促进草菇的生长发育,所体现的效果是三者的综合效应。 3、对草菇菌丝生长阶段的最佳处理组合方案为:三十烷醇1.00mg/L、维生素B10.08mg/L、磷酸二氢钾1.00%,此方案可获得的菌丝生长速度为12.21mm/d。对草菇产量和品质最佳的方案为:三十烷醇1.00mg/L、维生素B10.08mg/L、磷酸二氢钾:1.13%,此方案可以获得草菇产量128.4g/袋(生物学效率为42.8%)、干菇蛋白质含量39.00%、鲜菇维生素C含量3.22‰。此方案比对照提高产量34.4g/袋(生物学效率提高为11.4%),提高蛋白质含量7.78%;提高维生素C含量0.94‰。

【Abstract】 The experiment in "311-A"opimization combined design was used to study the effect of different combination of TRIA VB1 and KH2PO4 on the growth , friutbody yeild and quality in Volvariella volvacea. The results were as follows:1. The appropriate concentration of TRIA VB1 and KH2PO4 can shorten hypha-inducing ,facilitate the hypha growth and finally increase the yield and quality of Volvariella volvacea with the higher concents of protein and vitamin C .2. The hypha growth and friutbody development of Volvariella volvace were promoted significantly with the appropriate ratio of TRIA VB1 and KH2PO4 reflecting the comprehensive effects of the the three factors .3 .At the stage of hyphae growth ,the combination with 1.00mg.L-1 TRIA, 0.08mg.L-1 VB1 and 1.0% KH2PO4 was the best one. which made hypha grow fastest (the speed of hypha growth was 12.21mm per day).The optimized combination as for the yeild and quality of Volvariella volvace was the 1.00mg/L TRIA , 0.08mg/L VB1, 1.13%KH2PO4, which resulted in the yeild with 128.4g.bag-1 (higher than control by 34.41 g.bag-1), the biologic efficiency with 42.8% (higher than control by 11.4%), the protein content with 39.00% (higher than control by 7.78%) and the vitamin C content with 3.22‰(higher than control by 0.94‰)
