【摘要】 消化性溃疡是临床常见病、多发病，呈世界性分布，估计约有10％的人口一生中患过此病，严重影响人类生活质量。世界各国均高度重视消化性溃疡的研究和防治，本文从中西两个角度对消化性溃疡的研究现状作了综述。 现代医学对消化性溃疡的发病机理进行了大量的试验研究，提出了一系列发病机理，并根据机理推出相关的药物，临床上取得了一定疗效。 祖国医学对消化性溃疡也有较深的研究，根据其临床表现，将其归属于“胃脘痛”，“吞酸”，“血证”的范畴。各医家本着“辨证论治”，“治病求本”原则，临床治病上显示了独特优势。 胃灵2号冲剂是谢晶日教授经过多年临床研究出的治疗消化性溃疡的方药，应用于临床，疗效明显，在临床症状，胃镜检查，HP感染等方面，治疗前后比较均有明显变化，在抗消化性溃疡复发方面更显现出独特的优势，在中医药治疗消化性溃疡方面展现了广阔的前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Peptic Ulcer (PU) is one of commonly and frequently encountered diseases. It is expread in all over the world. About 10% people have PU in his life. It seriously affects the life of humankind. Countries all over the world think highly of PU. The thesis summarize present situation study about PU from modern medicion and traditional Chinese medicion.In modern medicion, through a large quantity of experimental studies about pathology of PU medical experts raised some mechanisms and produced some relevant hypertersors which provd eutherapeutic.In traditional Chinese medicion ,it is studied profound, on the basis of its symptom , PU is attributed to"gastric ache" " pantothenic acid"ect. Docter of traditional Chinese medicion treat PU on the basis of two important principles: treating disease it must be pursued to it’s root ; determining treatment by patterns identified .Every docter sticks his own trait,In clinic, traditional Chinese medicion has her distinctive advantage.Wei Ling 2 Granule is prescription of PU achieved by professor XieJingRi many years research. It got obvious curative effect in treating PU. After treatment not only clinicl symptoms but also gastroscope,HP sbtained evident change compared with the beginning.
