保心降压康对高血压大鼠血浆AngⅡ及ALD水平影响的实验研究

【摘要】 肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(RAAS)是高血压病LVH的主要发病机制之一。高血压病的并发症左心室肥厚及其主要病理改变心肌纤维化都与其密切相关。在治疗上,应有效控制血压水平,降低RAAS的活性,能有效缓解高血压病LVH的发生和发展。这是降低高血压病心血管并发症的发生率和死亡率的关键。本课题通过对实验性高血压大鼠左心室肥厚—心肌纤维化模型的研究,从血液动力学及病理组织形态学角度探讨其血压、血浆AngⅡ、ALD和心肌病理形态、超微结构、免疫组织化学的改变,对自拟中药复方保心降压康的治疗作用作出结论。 实验研究结果显示:(1)保心降压康有良好的降压作用。(2)保心降压康能够有效降低血浆AngⅡ、ALD水平。(3)通过光镜、电镜观察各组大鼠的病理形态、超微结构及免疫组化证实:保心降压康有减轻心肌损伤、心肌间质胶原的沉积,改善心肌实质与心肌间质重构,因而对防治高血压及其并发症的发生、发展有积极意义。

【Abstract】 Rennin angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS)is one of the main mechanisms of LVH caused by hypertention, LVH and pathological changes myocardium fibroelastosis have close relation with it. Traditional Chinese medicine can not only control the lever of blood pressure effectively and reduce the activation of RAAS, which is the key of reducing the incidence of cardiovascular complication and morbility of hypertention. On this research according to study of rat with pressure overload, we get the conclusion of Baoxinjiangyakang from hemodynamics pressure, LVMI, ultrastucture immuneohistoc hemistry etc. The result of the experiment shows: (1) Baoxinjiangyakang can control the blood pressure effectiveoy (2) Baoxinjiangyakang can lower the level of plasma Ang and ALD effectively. (3) according to optical microscop and electron microscope research on model rat ultrastructure and pathological,Baoxinjiangyakang can resist collagen deposion, interstitial remodel.
