【摘要】 益心胶囊是众位专家经过多年临床实践，潜心研制出的具有活血化瘀、行气豁痰之功效的纯中药复方制剂，经多年临床观察，对于预防和治疗缺血性心脏病疗效确切。 为进一步探讨益心胶囊的作用机制，本研究通过腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素，复制大鼠慢性心肌缺血损伤的动物模型，利用生物化学方法及光镜技术观察心肌缺血损伤大鼠血浆、心肌组织CGRP含量改变和心肌病理形态，为中医药在缺血性心脏病的预防和治疗中的广泛应用提供科学的理论依据。 研究结果表明，益心胶囊能明显改善心肌缺血损伤的病理形态，并能明显改善慢性心肌缺血模型大鼠的血浆和心肌组织中降钙素基因相关肽的含量，从而证实了益心胶囊有明确的防治心肌缺血损伤的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yixin capsule is a compound pharmaceutics which on the basis of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and activating Qi and eliminating phlegm. It is created by experienced experts through many years studied and has sanctioned by the national Bureau of Durgs Supervision.Duplicated the animal models-rats with chronic myocardial ischemia by injecting isoproterenol into abdominal cavity. Then we approached the action of Yixin Capsule which treating in the chronic myocardial ischemia by the way of optic microscope and biochemistry.The experimental results reveal that Yixin Capsule can perfect the pathology morphology of injured myocardium and can remarkable improve con tent of CGRP in the blood plasma and myocardium of the chronic myocardial ischemia rats, And the result is better than the control group.The result prompted that Yixin Capsule is firmly have the functions of prevetion and treatment on ischemic heart disease and its mechanism also been showed clearly which can provide objective foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in ischemic heart disease.更多还原
