【摘要】 本文研究中国保险产业组织内市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效的动态关系。鉴于哈佛学派创立的SCP(Structure-Conduct-Performance)范式在分析产业组织问题上所取得的成功，本文尝试将其应用于中国保险产业组织的分析，借以探究我国保险业产业组织的演化规律。 文章主要探讨两个问题：[1]中国保险产业组织的发展状况为何?[2]基于SCP的中国保险市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效的动态关系怎样。其中第一个问题包括文章的第二章到第四章。在这一部分，文章分别考察了中国保险产业组织的市场结构、行为和绩效现状。根据产业组织学，市场结构通过市场集中度、产品差异化和市场壁垒进行刻画；市场行为由市场定价行为、广告行为和兼并行为来表达；市场绩效则由资源配置效率和规模结构效率来表示。第二个问题放在第五章进行探讨。文章分解SCP为各组指标，力求全面分析各指标间的变化关系，之后再综合以得到整体性认识。以上分析的基础建立于产业组织学的SCP分析思路，故在文章的第一章作者着力回顾了有关产业组织学的理论渊源。结论部分在最后一章给出，它对文章开头所提出的两个问题给出了回答，并就研究中发现的几个重点问题给出了自己的见解，比如“费率市场化问题”、“垄断问题”及“兼并问题”等。 文章采用规范和实证相结合，静态分析和动态分析相结合，定性分析和定量分析相结合的的研究方法。本文将SCP范式应用于我国保险产业研究，在结构分析、行为分析、绩效分析之前均对相关产业组织学中的概念进行了规范以及准确的定性分析，然后以数据对我国保险产业组织的状况进行了实证考察。文章前半部分对保险业内结构-行为-绩效的分析基本采用静态分析法，取1996-2000年的相关数据对保险业产业状况进行分析，后面对结构-行为-绩效互动关系的考察采用动态分析法，考虑多种因素影响，其中包括在长时期内的政策变化因素。 文章的研究成果集中于两个方面：一是严格按照SCP范式全面考察了中国保险产业组织的实际状况，不是零星的研究，而是包括了产业组织内涉及到结构、行为、绩效的八个变量的深入考察；二是第一次对保险业内S-C-P间的双向互动关系从微观的八个变量入手进行了分析，不是简单的结构、行为、绩效的单向递推关系分析，而是他们之间的全面的双向互动关系考察。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article studies the dynamic relationship of market structure, conduct and performance in the insurance industry of China. Considering the great success of application of SCP created by Harvard school in analyzing industry organization issues, the auther tries to apply it to Chinese insurance organization .This article studys two questions: one is the state of china insurance industry, the other is how the S-C-P (Structure- Conduct- Performance) of China interacts with each other. The first question includes Chapter one to Chapter four in which I analyzed the current situation of China insurance industry organization. According to industry organization theory, the market structure is portrayed through market concentration degree, the products difference and market barrier; Market Conduct is expressed by the pricing conduct, the advertising conduct and the conduct of annexing; The market performance is shown by resource distribution efficiency and scale structure efficiency. The second question is put in chapter five. I resolve SCP into several indexes and try to analyze the change relation among every index all-sidedly. Then I synthesize it to receive a holistic understanding .The analysis above is based on the theory of industry organization, so I give the review of the traditional theory in Chapter one. In chapter six, I put forth my conclusions. Besides, I give my opinion in this part on several key questions such as "monopoly question", "annexing question", "marketization issues ", and so on.The normative method combined with the positive one, the static analysis combined with dynamic one, and the quantitative analysis combined with qualitative analysis are adopted in this article. I will apply SCP to the study of insurance industry in China. Before analyzing market structure, conduct and performance, article will present the accurate introduction of several concepts in industry organization. With the accurate dates, we observe the real state of insurance industry. In the former part we adopt the method of static analysis, with the dates in the year 1996-2000. In the latter part, we adopt the method of dynamic analysis, combined with several other methods, including the policy changes in the long run.The achievements of the article focus on two respects: one lies in the overall observation on actual state of China insurance with the method of SCP. It isn’t afragmentary research, but involves the deep observation of eight variables in the industry organization, structure, conduct, performance. Second, for the first time I try to analyze the interaction of S-C-P from the angle of eight variables.
