【摘要】 城郊地区凭借其优越的区位条件和独特的资源环境成为城镇居民休闲度假的理想场所，城郊旅游正成为城镇居民的一种重要的旅游方式和生活方式。本文在分析城郊旅游发展过程中存在问题的基础上，通过对指导城郊旅游开发的主要理论的探讨，提出城郊旅游开发的圈层布局理论，归纳总结了城郊旅游开发应遵循的方向和采取的典型模式，并以青岛城郊旅游开发为例进行了详细论述。 作者以理论结合实例研究的方法为基础，构建了论文的内容体系。第一章在介绍城郊旅游概念和城郊旅游内涵及存在问题的基础上引出城郊旅游开发话题；第二章则运用地域结构理论、景观生态学理论、旅游市场理论和休闲游憩理论从供给和需求两个层面探讨了城郊旅游开发；第三章从区域空间特别是城市地域空间角度，提出了适合城郊旅游开发的点、轴、圈相结合的旅游圈层布局理论。在此基础上，第四章提出了城郊旅游开发的方向和几种典型模式；第五章是论文的实例研究部分，运用旅游圈层布局理论，结合青岛市城郊旅游业现状，构建了七点(旅游板块)、四轴(旅游带)和三圈(旅游圈)的空间布局形态并分别探讨了各圈内的旅游开发方向和开发模式，同时对青岛市城郊旅游圈层的交通优化提出了对策。以青岛市为例探讨城郊旅游开发具有典型性和代表性，对我国大中城市城郊旅游开发将产生较大的借鉴意义。论文最后一章从旅游产业发展、旅游投融资机制、社区／居民参与、人力资源开发、旅游可持续发展等方面对城郊旅游开发提出了调控措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to its superb geographical conditions and unique resource environment, suburbs area is an ideal resort and holiday place for city and county residents. Suburbs tourism is becoming one of city and county residents’ important travel and life style. This article analyses the existing problems during its development. On the basis of analysis and study on related theories of suburbs tourism development, it forwards ring-level layout theory for suburbs tourism development, summarizes the main direction and typical model for suburbs tourism development, and takes Qingdao suburbs tourism development for example for detailed explanation.On the basis of theory study and demonstration, the writer establishes this paper’s structure. The first chapter introduces the definition and meaning of suburbs tourism, existing problems and suburbs tourism development. The second chapter studies suburbs tourism development from two levels of forwarding and demanding, using regional structure theory, landscape ecology theory, tourism market theory and leisure travel theory. On such a basis, the third chapter gives tourism ring-level layout theory from the aspects of regional space and urban area space, which consists point, axial and ring levels and benefits suburbs tourism development. The fourth chapter forwards the main direction and several models for suburbs tourism development. The fifth chapter is the demonstration part of this paper. According to the tourism ring-level layout theory and the present situation of Qingdao suburbs tourism industry, this paper establishes a space layout model of seven points (tourism block), four axis (tourism zone) and three rings (tourism ring). Qingdao suburbs tourism development has its typical and representative meaning, which will be a good reference for suburbs tourism development in big and mid-sized cities in our country. At the same time it introduces control measures of tourism traffic. Finally, from the aspects of tourism industry development, tourism policies and rules of law, tourism investment and financing system, community/public participation, human resource development, tourism sustainable development, this paper forwards modulation and control measures for suburbs tourism development.更多还原
