竹纤维染色性能与理论研究

【摘要】 本文对一种新型再生纤维素纤维—竹纤维的染色性能进行了研究,并与粘胶纤维和棉纤维进行对比,旨在对竹纤维的染色性能做出评价。 根据马歇尔(Marshall)和威克斯达夫(Vickstaff)的纤维素纤维染色理论,演绎、推导出了一个非常适用的纤维素纤维染色热力学数学模型,该模型成为本论文染色热力学研究的基础,在应用过程中取得了非常满意的结果。 采用具有较好线性和平面对称结构的直接菊黄G作为实验用染料,对竹纤维进行了染色热力学和动力学实验;通过测定竹纤维的有效吸附容积V、染色热力学(亲和力-Δμ0、染色热ΔH0、染色熵ΔS0)以及动力学(扩散系数D、半染时间t1/2、染色速率常数K′)数据,来分析说明竹纤维的染色性能;并从纤维的物理性能和超分子结构来分析了竹纤维的染色性能与粘胶纤维和棉纤维存在差异的原因。 本文对竹纤维染色性能及理论方面的研究结果,对竹纤维纺织品的研究开发具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a series of experiments have been done on dyeing capacity of bamboo fiber, a new type of regenerated cellulose fiber, which was evaluated in this research by contrast with viscose fiber and cotton fiber.On the basis of Marshall and Vickstaff’s researches on theories of cellulose fiber dyeing, we have deduced a pretty helpful mathematic formula, a model for thermodynamics of dyeing of cellulose fiber, which is applied as the foundational formula of cellulose fiber’s thermodynamics of dyeing in this paper.Employing Chrysophenine G (C.I. Direct Yellow 12), which possesses a symmetrical linear and plane configuration, to color bamboo fiber, we have carried out experiments on thermodynamics and kinetics of dyeing. Dyeing capacity of bamboo fiber is shown by the results of experimentation such as effective adsorption volume, affinity of dyeing, heat of dyeing, entropy of dyeing, diffusion coefficient, half-dyeing time, constant of dyeing rate and so on. And this paper has made clear why there are such differences between bamboo fiber and the other two kinds of cellulose fibers on dyeing capacity.
