高压双窄脉冲电源的设计与研究

【摘要】 脉冲电晕技术是国内外正在大力开发的新一代脱硫技术,脉冲高压电源是该技术发展的瓶颈。单极性脉冲放电会致使反应器上积累电荷,不释放形成拖尾电压,会增强后续供电脉冲所形成的空间电场,造成间歇火花放电,不利于能量的注入。双脉冲电源可有效避免火花放电,另外,正脉冲电晕对SO2的脱除效果较好,负脉冲电晕对NOx的脱除起关键的作用,因此双脉冲电源供电对脱硫脱硝一体化也有很重要的研究价值。考察了国内外的几种脉冲电源技术,立足现实,设计了旋转火花隙高压双窄脉冲电源。 本文通过对气体放电的分析,对反应器的性质进行了探讨,分段表示了线筒式反应器的非线性电阻;通过对反应器高压脉冲放电回路方程的数学分析,推导了脉冲电压、脉冲电流、上升时间、脉冲宽度与放电回路参数之间的关系,建立了高压脉冲放电回路的数学模型;通过对上述理论的研究,设计了双脉冲电源,分析了回路电感、回路电阻、负载电感等电气参数对脉冲波形的影响,获得了回路电感、回路电阻和脉冲成形电容等参数的理论值;通过对上升时间、脉冲宽度、脉冲峰值、脉冲电流、振荡频率和供电电压、供电频率实验数据分析,建立了波形参数与供电参数之间的实践关系;通过对注入能量的试验波形和光谱分析,使用供电效率、活性离子密度、有效注入功率的概念对电源与反应器的匹配、电晕的优化进行了较为深入的研究。 本文利用光谱仪与示波器进行数据采集,对供电效率、电源与反应器之间重要的参数关系进行了比较深入、全面的研究和探讨,为大型工业应用装置的开发提供了宝贵经验。

【Abstract】 The pulse corona induced non-thermal plasma chemical process(PPCP) is the novelty method of flue gas desalfurization which has been widely developed in home and abroad Pulse power supply is the bottleneck of development of the pulse corona technology. Unipolar pulse discharge will lead to charge accumulate to reactor. With the charge not releasing the tail voltage will be formed. It will strengthen electric field which is formed by later pulse power supply, then make gap sparking discharge and induce injection of energy difficultly. Bipolar pulse power can avoid spark discharge efficiently, in addition, positive pulse corona do better to the effect of removing SO2 and negative pulse corona is the key of removing Nox. So dual-pulse power mathod has the market competition.In the paper, through the math analysis on high pulse discharge loop equations, the relationship between pulse voltage, pulse current, pulse rise time, pulse width and discharge loop parameters has been derived, the math model of high pulse discharge loop been established. Based on this theory, dual-pulse power has been designed, the influences of discharge loop parameters on pulse waveform been analyzed, the parameters of loop inductance, loop resistance and pulse forming capacitance been given, the influences of loop inductance, loop resistance, and pulse forming capacitance on pulse waveform were analyzed, non-linear resistance of wire-to-cylinder reactor been expressed piecewise, the matching of power and reactor been studied. Through the analysis on experimentation waveform of infuse energy, the conception of active power has been given, the matching of power and reactor been studied deeply.The paper has realized data sampling with oscillograph and the Spectrence, made deep , comprehensive research and study on power efficiency, matching of power and reactor, introduced the rarity experience to development of large industry implement.
