基于供应链管理的杭州绿叶超市的运营优化

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速增长，人们生活水平普遍提高，以及越来越关注环境保护和自身的身体健康，人们越来越希望能在良好的购物环境下买到高品质的生鲜食品。同时由于信息技术的发展、我国的公司管理整体水平的提高以及市场经济竞争的加剧，也要求我国生鲜供应链上的一种不合理现象得到优化——原生产地价格非常低，而到消费者手上又非常高。众所周知目前我国主要生鲜供应链是：最终销售渠道农贸市场有环境卫生差，产品质量无法保证，中间供应链环节过多，生产效率低，原产地信息得不到准确的市场信息等缺点，这就要求这种传统的生鲜供应链形式必须要由一种创新的形式来代替。而以生鲜超市为龙头，从生产者合作和从原产地进货正好弥补了原来的以农贸市场为中心的供应链模式的缺点。这种环境卫生好，质量有保证，中间环节减少，国家税收增加的以生鲜超市为龙头的新型供应链模式得到了来自政府和投资者的大力欢迎，消费者也对这种模式给予了厚望。然而由于目前生鲜超市经营者资本小，销售终端门店少而不能到原产地进货以及企业内部管理不能细化，供应链管理很难形成等原因，并没有得到理论上的结果：产品质量高，售价低，市民高兴，投资者也获利丰厚的皆大欢喜的局面。 本论文正是出于对现实情况的困惑，希望了解理论与现实差距的困难之所在。在具体研究了杭州绿叶超市的生鲜供应链情况以及其外部环境后，利用供应链理论和方法对其组织结构、物流，工作流以及其运营上的困难提出了一些符合实际的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quickly increasing with Chinese economy and general improvement in Chinese people’s life conditions, people more and more pay attention to themselves’ health. And now the competition of market economy is more and more serious. All this factors require new forms to replace the traditional agriculture fairs.It has dirty environment, unprotect quality of goods ,many middleman and low productive efficiency about traditional agriculture fairs. So people hope a new form to replace traditional agriculture fairs. Comparing with agriculture fairs, Agriculture goods supermarket owns many strongpoint. It has clear environment, reliable quality of goods, a few middleman and high productive efficiency. So agriculture goods supermarket get a warmly welcome from Chinese local governments and capitalists, and customer. But in fact, after many agriculture goods supermarkets open door, they find these are not what all people want. Many problems are coming. For instance, supermarkets can’t purchase agriculture goods from original producing area because of small requirement. Being a new business, many enterpriser don’t manage their company well.In this article, I analyze the supply chain management situation, organization structure, work flow and provide optimization suggestion in the thesis based on the case of HangZhou Green Leaves Supermarket co., ltd.Using supply chain management theory and work flow method, I evaluate the present system and try ro make suggestion on how to optimize it.更多还原
