基于PC机的开放式直线交流伺服系统的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了一种基于PC机的开放式交流伺服系统,并就它的产生背景、特点和优势作了详细的阐述。开放式交流伺服控制系统实为一种模块化、可重构、可扩充的软硬件系统,其核心是开放式,即这一系统是建立在通用体系结构的PC机平台上,系统中各模块相互独立,系统的开放性允许用户将先进的控制策略和个性模块植入其中,各模块的接口协议明确,能使各种应用系统有效地运行于不同供应商提供的不同平台上,为伺服电机制造厂商提供了与任何第三方的技术或产品进行集成的可能性。该系统具有互换性、可伸缩性、可移植性、互操作性和可扩展性。 本次课题研究,首先介绍了基于PC机的开放式交流伺服系统的组成方案。在硬件平台设计中进行了工控机组件及外围I/O接口卡的配置,软件平台设计中则完成了软件开发环境和编程语言的选择,介绍了一种图形化编程语言LabVIEW的功能,提出了系统软件设计的基本原则,然后在LabVIEW下对I/O接口卡的性能进行了测试。 在上述系统软、硬件平台确定以后,研究了基于PC机的直线交流伺服系统的具体实现方法。设计了系统硬件电路,包含传感反馈单元及功率驱动模块,并针对直线电机传感检测的特点,提出了基于霍尔开关型位置传感器+光栅尺的复合式磁极位置检测方法,从而实现了磁极位置的精确定位,保证了矢量控制的性能。 此外,还编制了基于LabVIEW语言的直线电机空间磁场定向控制程序。程序结构采用标准模块化设计,由前面板模块、电流采样模块、电机转速和位置计算模块、矢量变换模块、PID调节模块、故障处理模块、SVPWM生成模块组成,这些模块协调工作,共同来完成直线交流伺服系统的控制、调节工作。在PID控制器设计中,调节器采用了积分分离的PID控制算法。 随着PC机软、硬件技术的发展,基于PC机的开放式交流伺服系统的性能、开放程度也必将得到进一步的完善和提高,具有广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 A PC- based open architecture AC servo system is studied in this paper. Its background, property and advantage are discussed in detail. Open architecture AC servo system is a system of modularization, recombination and expansion. Its core is opening, namely the system is established on the PC platform of general using system construction, and the module is independent each other. The opening of system can make the user embedding advanced control strategy and individuality module in it. Connect agreement of each module is clear and definite, which can make every kind of applied system operating effectively on platform of different supplier. The system has characters of interconversion, retractility, transplant, interplay and enlargement.The design project of PC-based open architecture AC servo system is introduced in this paper firstly. In the design of hardware platform, the Industry Control PC and its I/O periphery interface card are selected. The choice of software exploitation environment and programme language are accomplished in the design of software platform. The function of a graphics language LabVIEW and the basic design principle of system software are introduced and then some capability test of I/O periphery interface card in the LabVIEW is accomplished.This paper researched the realization of PC-based linear AC servo system after hardware and software platform are confirmed. The hardware circuit of the system is designed, which includes sensors and power-driving module. The paper presents compound measure method of magnetic pole position based on position sensor of Hall switch and grating ruler, which realized the precision orientation of magnetic pole position and ensured the performance of vector control.The program of the magnetic field orientated control of linear motor based on LabVIEW language is given. Program structure of standard modularize design is adopted, which mainly consists of panel module, current sampling module, velocity and position calculate module, vector commutation module, PI adjust module, fault handle module, SVPWM produce module. PID control arithmetic of integral detached is used in the design of PID controller.With the development of PC software and hardware technology, the performance and opening degree of PC- based open architecture AC servo system will be further perfection and improvement that have the extensive applied foreground.
