基于GIS的长乐市土地利用变化及其环境效应研究

【摘要】 土地利用/覆盖变化(LUCC)是目前全球变化研究的核心主题之一。无论是在全球还是国家或区域的尺度上,土地利用的变化总是不断地导致土地覆盖的变化。由于陆地和海洋生态系统的水、食物、纤维等资源的丰缺都会受到土地利用/土地覆盖变化的直接或间接的影响,世界环境与发展大会所提出的许多可持续发展问题均与土地利用/土地覆盖变化有关。因此,研究区域土地利用/土地覆盖的变化对区域可持续发展具有重要的意义。 长乐市位于我国东南沿海经济繁荣带,20世纪90年代以来,社会经济发展迅速,土地利用状况发生了很大的变化。因此作为LUCC案例具有一定的典型性和代表性。本文在广泛收集研究区各种资料的基础上,以GIS技术为主要支撑,以矢量化后的两期土地利用现状图为主要数据来源,结合其他自然、社会、经济数据建立长乐市土地利用变化数据库,以区域土地可持续利用为目标,运用地理学的综合分析、实证分析和GIS与数学统计相结合的方法分析长乐市土地利用的时空变化及其产生的环境效应,运用数学统计方法对对土地利用变化的驱动力和驱动机制进行分析,在此基础上探讨长乐市土地可持续利用的途径。通过本研究,不但为长乐市土地合理利用和可持续发展提供科学依据,也为土地利用/土地覆盖变化研究提供地方性素材。

【Abstract】 Land use and land cover change (LUCC) is one of the key themes studied in global change at present .No matter in the whole world, country or yardstick of area, land use change always lead to land cover change . Because of marine ecosystem, water , food , fibre resource abundant or scarce would be influenced by LUCC directly or in directly. A lot of sustainable development problems put forward in World Conference on environment and development are have something to do with LUCC. So study regional land use and land cover change is very important for regional sustainable development.Changle city lies in southeast coastal economic prosperity bring of China .Since 1990s, its social economy is developed rapidly, the state of land use have changed very greatly. So it have certain model and representativeness as the case of LUCC . This paper is on the basis of collecting various kinds of materials of studying area extensively, supported mainly with GIS technology, it utilize two issues of land use current situation map after vector as the sources of the key data .Combining other natural , social , economic data, it sets up the land use changing database. Regard regional land sustainable utilization as the goal, it uses the synthesis analysis of geography and real example analysis and GIS and mathematics method combined together to analyse land use space-time change and environmental effects of Changle city. It uses mathematics statistical method to analyse the driving force and driving mechanism of land use change and probe into the way of land sustainable utilization of Changle city on this basis. Through this research , it not only offers scientific basis for land rational utilization and sustainable development of Changle city, but also offers the local materials for LUCC study.
